People asking why we're celebrating when the bill hasn't passed Senate review yet. It's because the bill passed by a major landslide in the House of Representatives. The Senate iirc rarely rejects a bill that gets approved by an overwhelming majority by the House.

About the marriage registration Tul : We’ll register the marriage. I once asked him if we should register it in another country too, since I actually have another passport as well.
