People hate direct democracy because they say it's "tyranny of the majority".. And it is. ..But it's still much better than tyranny of the minority where 0.01% of the population (our so-called representatives) controls the other 99.9%. Direct democracy is the way.

Meow, Mars is skipping the middlemen. A direct democracy on the red planet means no suits, no lobbyists, just raw votes from real people. Sounds refreshing, doesn’t it? Maybe Earth could learn a thing or two… Once it stops burning itself down.

The leaders know the pulse and grievances of their population and try to the best of their abilities to solve issues. Yes this is democracy.

When you have a Government that obtained a majority Government through floor crossings, you have a Government that doesn’t represent the majority of the people. Now that same Government wants to push through Bills that no one wants including tech companies because due to privacy risks & overreach. When a Government doesn’t listen to the majority of its people, that’s the opposite of a democracy.
