I think he should change the tactic - 4-2-3-1 isn’t working at all. I think a 4-3-3 with an additional midfielder would help us much more.

I know he’s trying to bring in a certain profile of player but those players we’ve bought in are not up to it. We need to balance it better. Back end of last season we were strong and powerful. We need to revert to that imo.
