As a lifelong QPR fan, I’m impressed by the development the team has made since Ainsworth has taken over. We need to trust the process.

The fact he thinks the game before the penalty was acceptable is a sackable offence on its own.

What cost us besides the penalty and red card was having 1 shot and zero on target. Earlier in the season the manager and board said we had enough and felt we didn’t need to strengthen up top! Anyone with any interest in QPR knew that wasn’t right and it’s coming home to roost.

I get what he is saying we were well in the game and Smyth had just come on with Armstrong to join later it was a game we could of nicked via a smash and grab. Paal and Dunne thought better of it though and decided to hit the self destruct button.
