Celtic Salt is good. The salt from Morton is bad, it now has dextrose in it. Stay away from Morton and Great Value.

My tachycardia completely stopped after a heart doctor put me on 400mg magnesium daily. I went from daily episodes to zero for almost 2 years now.

Quality salt like Baja gold or Celtic sea salt. Table salt is the worst.

What is the first thing they give you in the ambulance - ringers lactate - a mixture of sodium chloride, sodium lactate, potassium chloride, and calcium chloride in water. It is primarily used to replace fluids and electrolytes.

The Book "The Salt Fix" discusses this...only people who are salt sensitive have blood pressure issues with salt. This inlcudes people with insulin resistance.

All the things "they" say are bad are actually good, and are delicious. Butter, animal fats, salt, even sugar. Take everything in moderation and live life.

Not table salt...

It’s gotta be mineral salt tho. Table salt has all the trace minerals removed from it. Himalayan, or Celtic. I’ve heard Celtic is better but I gotta work thru this bag i have already.

I don’t agree with him. The more salt I have the higher my blood pressure.

Why does everyone keep talking about sea salt as though it's primo stuff anymore? That crap is full of microplastics. While table salt is usually considered trash, at least it's refined and some of the cleanest salt available anymore (even good ol' Morton's "refined" salt is some of the cleanest). The only cleaner salt is usually $40 per pound and pulled out of a 1,000 salt mine in France lol I dunno...I think everyone should be researching this and not going with a default to sea salt as being clean...cuz it ain't.

It's all the OTHER stuff surrounding SALT that's bad for you. EX: Potato Chips.... salt if fine, but the seed oils they use to fry the potatoes with are what's really bad for you.

about 3000-4000mg sodium is optimal, at the recommended 1500 you will have sky high aldosterone which is very inflammatory stress response hormone

@PLJinNewWest1 My blood pressure was 210/120. Several meds did not work. I went off them all. Started Magnesium Threonate, potassium and salt crystals. My normal BP is 125/75!!! Listen to this man. 😁🌟🕊

Should be the right salt — Celtic salt contains 88 minerals needed by the body, avoid the processed table salt at all cost!

Give the study because I can’t find it. Don’t throw out something without supporting it with facts.
