The common sense was needed on the part of McCarthy. If you commit a red card offence you can expect a red card.

Always amazes me why so called experts and analysts keep calling for common sense. A strike with the hurl is a red card. Michael Duignan saying the game was ruined, that wasn't the refs fault. Players need to be more controlled and take responsibility for their actions.
