As one of the U.S. Army’s premier Air Assault units, I saw firsthand how the 101st Airborne Div. is leading the charge to make Transformation in Contact a reality. From air assault missions to next-gen weapons, UAS integration, and robust tactics, they’re setting the pace for a faster, more lethal force. Transformation isn’t theory — it’s real, it’s lethal, and it’s happening now. But no matter how advanced the tech gets, our greatest strength is still our people. Grateful to the Soldiers who shared their thoughts with me on mental health and TBI — a reminder that resilience starts within.
