Keir Starmer is so weak that he is handing over £35 billion of taxpayers’ cash and a British Overseas Territory, the Chagos Islands, to the government of Mauritius. This is disgraceful. Labour’s Chagos surrender deal will leave Britain weaker, compromise our national security, and hand over British sovereign territory and our money to an ally of China. This must be scrapped. The Conservative Party has fought against this Bill, and we will campaign to kill the Bill.

Britain is in a cost of living crisis, with jobs being lost and businesses closing, yet Keir Starmer wants to give £35 billion of taxpayers’ money to the government of Mauritius through Labour’s Chagos Surrender Bill. At a time when hardworking Britons are paying more and getting less, this reckless giveaway to a foreign government is wrong, immoral, and a betrayal of the British people.
