Just like in kofxv (iirc) it's 5% per hit after the first hit. I still haven't done the math about multi hit normals and specials, but the same amount should apply. There are more scaling rules that you should definitely be aware of in this game.

There's the last of Assassin's skills, Poison React. It's a weird skill, it's a 50% chance to cast envenom when hit (up to 5 times), or if hit by a poison attack it blocks it and counters for big damage. It's a finicky skill... counter on damage for an evasion job is an odd idea.
