when i was in Kano , i thought they were the highest drug abusers Until i got to Lagos. In Lagos weed is everywhere , bus drivers smoke it openly in presence of law enforcement agency. It's like there're more weeds( kolos) than cigarette in Lagos Alcohol- That one na pure water
