Solar wind density is currently <1/cm^3 as we stay deeply embedded in high-velocity solar wind (~650 km/s). This sort of planetary geometry convergence and space weather occurring together increases the risk of a high-magnitude earthquake (M6.5-7.0+) much more than normal.
