It's obvious from this video that our relationship with Fujitsu has become untenable.

This is why I just don’t understand the coach bashing Have all of them made errors including Brad, absolutely, but our issues are psychological, have been for years I had hoped we were past it this year, every other loss post PA, I could rationalise until this week (Saints)

Brilliant edit. The common thing for all of these coaches is the recruiting strategy, which has been in place for the last 15 years. Drafted all the good guys who are not tough and are non-competitive.

It seems obvious to me that we choose the wrong players for leadership positions, and we draft and recruit players who possess the wrong mental characteristics/personality. The Merrett switch to Captain is a step in the right direction. The McGrath to VC is a step backwards.

Wow. Great edit. Says EVERYTHING about this club.

All these coaches can’t be wrong. Now becoming obvious we recruit mentally weak and entitled players who lack courage and a propensity to work hard, so are never going to cut it as successful AFL players. This culture permeates throughout the club barring a few players.

It’s a deep seeded issue mixed between awful recruiting and the hang over from the supplements saga

Yep, every coach has said it from memory. It's been an issue since Sheeds last few years.

It must come back to recruitment. They recruit pretty footballers. There is one matchwinner in the side. You can't keep doing the same thing over and over and expect different results.
