4 years ago today, Arsenal, who finished 5th in the Premier League, were 2-0 down at half time against FC Nürnberg in their first pre season friendly if the summer, leading to a meltdown on social media. New signing Gabriel Jesus would come on for the second half and turn the game on its head with Arsenal winning 5-3. Jesus scored twice and had another 2 goals go down as own goals. Arsenal won every pre season game & won 9 of their opening 10 Premier League games. Many believe this was the game when Arsenal transitioned from a Top 6 team into serious title contenders.

A note last night in the first half. We really did play some excellent football. Whilst i know Ugbo is, rightfully, coming under some stick of his lack of goals, he offers so much more to how we play. As does Josh Windass, who I am noticing is just about getting the recognition he deserves from the fans. The play in the first half was very different to the second half when those 2 went off. They both offer so much more insofar as overall game than the other options we have in those areas. A few clips below from key moments in the first half. Windass really did run the show in the final third and build up. He comes out of areas to allow straight passes where he is an option for first time reverse balls. He and Pol have really good chemistry down the right as Josh knows he will overlap and beat his man. The awareness from Josh with scanning that i picked out, allowing for high tempo play into space. A note on data: First half vs second half Passes 193 (87% ACC) vs 159 (78% Acc) xG 2.04 vs 0.42 Penalty area entries: 11 vs 6 From runs: 4 vs 2 Touches in the box: 16 vs 7 Long pass rate: 8.29 vs 13.29 Passes per possession: 4.11 vs 2.96 Wedensday's overall game is so much better when U Our game is so much better when Windass and Ugbo play. I know Smith is scoring and credit to him. But we just dont have the mechanisms to control a game without Ugbo and Josh. We cant get it to the final third in control. BREAKING: The Washington County Attorneys Office confirmed Tyler Robinson was arrested Thursday night, September 11, in Washington County BEFORE his transport to Utah County. This corroborates the booking sheet arrest date of September 11th. So What’s the Plan Now⁉️⤵️: I’m going to keep doing what I’ve been doing the last 3-6 months (increased calories from healthy plant based fats while continuing to push my cardio training to the limit and resistance training for muscle mass maintenance) because it’s working perfectly as designed & pushing the exact numbers up that I wanted to move up! 💪🌱📈✅ I’ll try to stick to monounsaturated fats and not poly as the more poly fats may have lead to my trigs increasing as well. That was a five star. Came out of a four, five month consolidation on high volume. Start with earnings EPs. Those are easiest. Those are the brain dead ones. These biotech ones are very hard, especially micro nano caps. Forget about them. It's a waste of time. Yeah, exactly. Biotech and micro nano cap EPs are just excuses to dilute the company. They rarely work out. The fail rate is just so high. Yeah, guys, especially if you have a full-time job, the one thing you should be focusing on is EPs. You'll have probably half a dozen to a dozen perfect opportunities per earning season. 4 or 5 star opportunities. Not all of them are gonna work out, but the ones that will work out will go up hundreds and hundreds of percent. Yeah, well, EPs, yes. I mean, if it's a really good one, you can buy it, even if your stop is gonna be like, say, 1.5x the average true range, or ADR. Sometimes you kind of have to not chase it, but have a little bit of a wider stop, just because these things can make very big moves. You can still get, you know, 20, 30, 40, 50 times your risk reward out of them, out of the best ones. You don’t have to buy everything on the 1 minute opening range highs. You can buy stuff on the 5-minute breakout or a 60-minute breakout, as long as it hasn't gone up like enormous amounts since the first 1 and 5-minute breakouts. But most of the time you don't need to be the first one in. Let the stocks prove themselves.”

Happy 86th Birthday to KATHARINE ROSS !!! Born | January 29, 1940 in Los Angeles, California, USA. Video | Katharine Ross, Paul Newman and Robert Redford on the set of, and in publicity photos for, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969), directed by George Roy Hill. KATHARINE ROSS MINI BIO Katharine Juliet Ross was born January 29, 1940, in Hollywood, CA, to Katherine (née Hall) and Dudley Tying Ross. Her father, who had also worked as a reporter for the Associated Press, was a commander in the US Navy when she was born. His navy career shuttled the family around to Virginia, then Palo Alto, and finally to Walnut Creek, outside of San Francisco, where Ross grew up. Ross graduated from Las Lomas High School in Walnut Creek in 1957 and attended Santa Rosa Junior College and Diablo Valley College in the Bay Area, where she took part in her first onscreen work in a student film. Moving to San Francisco, into an apartment on Stockton Street above a grocery store, she began her acting career as an understudy in Actor's Workshop productions, and was soon auditioning for roles. She was also married in 1960 to college sweetheart Joel Fabiani, the first of five husbands. Work came steadily for Ross, at first mainly in television westerns, and indeed Westerns would make up the majority of her best-known work, her natural beauty being a strong asset in that genre. She made her TV debut in an episode of Sam Benedict (1962), and her first film role was in the Civil War era Shenandoah (1965) starring James Stewart. Ross' career as a leading actress began in earnest in 1967, with her strong turn co-starring with James Caan and Simone Signoret in Games (1967), and with The Graduate (1967). Ross' performance as Elaine earned her a Supporting Actress Oscar nomination. A disappointing, formulaic John Wayne vehicle, Hellfighters (1968), followed but she soon returned to form with two films with Robert Redford. As Etta Place in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969), Ross was part of the most memorable scene from that hit film, precariously perched barefoot on the bumper of that newfangled contraption, the bicycle, as Paul Newman's Butch Cassidy takes her for a ride. The compelling Tell Them Willie Boy Is Here (1969) was less of a box office success but more highly regarded by the critics, and Ross won a BAFTA Award for her work as Lola, a Paiute Indian who flees with her boyfriend, played by Robert Blake, after he kills her father in self-defense. Swept up into a whirlwind of fame, widely idealised as the symbol of beauty for the Woodstock generation, Ross had accomplished so much so quickly that it seemed her entire career had happened almost all at once, in that frenzy of activity between 1967 and 1969. Sure enough, there followed a long dry spell in which she was mostly cast in forgettable roles; her next strong film wasn't for another six years. In The Stepford Wives (1975), an intriguing Black comedy-cum-horror film, Ross plays a independent, free-spirited wife newly relocated to a suburb where the other wives all seem to be just a little too perfect, too submissive; it was arguably her strongest performance to date, but Stepford Wives would prove to be but a temporary resurgence for Ross, and her work in the decade and a half to follow would include such star-studded duds as The Betsy (1978), and a return to TV, including a part in primetime soap opera The Colbys (1985). Along the way, however, Ross found love. After four failed marriages (the second, third and fourth were to John Marion, Conrad L. Hall and Gaetano Lisi respectively), she met her current husband Sam Elliott, while working on The Legacy (1978). They married in May 1984; that September, just four months short of her 45th birthday, Ross gave birth to a daughter, Cleo Rose. In 1991, Ross and Elliott adapted the Louis L'Amour novel, Conagher (1991), for television in a remarkably affecting Western tale which showcases both actors' remarkable talents. Ross continued to take roles up until her early 80s and, as usual, her work was strong ― something that was sometimes overlooked in her youth due to her famous beauty. KATHARINE ROSS MINI BIO Katharine Juliet Ross was born January 29, 1940, in Hollywood, CA, to Katherine (née Hall) and Dudley Tying Ross. Her father, who had also worked as a reporter for the Associated Press, was a commander in the US Navy when she was born. His navy career shuttled the family around to Virginia, then Palo Alto, and finally to Walnut Creek, outside of San Francisco, where Ross grew up. Ross graduated from Las Lomas High School in Walnut Creek in 1957 and attended Santa Rosa Junior College and Diablo Valley College in the Bay Area, where she took part in her first onscreen work in a student film. Moving to San Francisco, into an apartment on Stockton Street above a grocery store, she began her acting career as an understudy in Actor's Workshop productions, and was soon auditioning for roles. She was also married in 1960 to college sweetheart Joel Fabiani, the first of five husbands. Work came steadily for Ross, at first mainly in television westerns, and indeed Westerns would make up the majority of her best-known work, her natural beauty being a strong asset in that genre. She made her TV debut in an episode of Sam Benedict (1962), and her first film role was in the Civil War era Shenandoah (1965) starring James Stewart. Ross' career as a leading actress began in earnest in 1967, with her strong turn co-starring with James Caan and Simone Signoret in Games (1967), and with The Graduate (1967). Ross' performance as Elaine earned her a Supporting Actress Oscar nomination. A disappointing, formulaic John Wayne vehicle, Hellfighters (1968), followed but she soon returned to form with two films with Robert Redford. As Etta Place in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969), Ross was part of the most memorable scene from that hit film, precariously perched barefoot on the bumper of that newfangled contraption, the bicycle, as Paul Newman's Butch Cassidy takes her for a ride. The compelling Tell Them Willie Boy Is Here (1969) was less of a box office success but more highly regarded by the critics, and Ross won a BAFTA Award for her work as Lola, a Paiute Indian who flees with her boyfriend, played by Robert Blake, after he kills her father in self-defense. Swept up into a whirlwind of fame, widely idealised as the symbol of beauty for the Woodstock generation, Ross had accomplished so much so quickly that it seemed her entire career had happened almost all at once, in that frenzy of activity between 1967 and 1969. Sure enough, there followed a long dry spell in which she was mostly cast in forgettable roles; her next strong film wasn't for another six years. In The Stepford Wives (1975), an intriguing Black comedy-cum-horror film, Ross plays a independent, free-spirited wife newly relocated to a suburb where the other wives all seem to be just a little too perfect, too submissive; it was arguably her strongest performance to date, but Stepford Wives would prove to be but a temporary resurgence for Ross, and her work in the decade and a half to follow would include such star-studded duds as The Betsy (1978), and a return to TV, including a part in primetime soap opera The Colbys (1985). Along the way, however, Ross found love. After four failed marriages (the second, third and fourth were to John Marion, Conrad L. Hall and Gaetano Lisi respectively), she met her current husband Sam Elliott, while working on The Legacy (1978). They married in May 1984; that September, just four months short of her 45th birthday, Ross gave birth to a daughter, Cleo Rose. In 1991, Ross and Elliott adapted the Louis L'Amour novel, Conagher (1991), for television in a remarkably affecting Western tale which showcases both actors' remarkable talents. FT Spurs 1 v 2 Liverpool The referee made himself the star of the show in the first 30 mins every shoulder to shoulder challenge was given against us then came that Simons red at first I thought it was a slip but the replay showed a clear red.what was he thinking he’s let the team down. We fought so well up until that moment and we did so well when we went down to 10 men in the first half. Isak came on as a HT sub and of course he scored soon after but was injured scoring the goal. It was a bizarre Cuti pass that created their chance of course Wirtz got his first assist as well. It was very getting fiery out there Cuti was losing it with the ref and their players.Cuti was again at fault for the second from Ekitike. Then on comes Richy and buries a goal game on and we are thinking could we until Cuti gets sent off he’s cost us big time today . We at least battled which was what the fans wanted and they responded with support throughout the game . #COYS 💙🤍
