In 2024, Chick-fil-A had sales of $23B, up 20x since 2000. It is the 3rd largest food chain by sales in USA after Starbucks ($36B) and McDonald’s ($26B). CFA did this on only ~3k locations, much less than Starbucks (~38k) or McDonald’s (~40k). The chain averages $9.4m per non-mall store, which dwarfs McDonald’s at $4m per non-mall store. One key is CFA’s drive-thru game, which has highest customer satisfaction among restaurant chains (Wendy’s was worst). The numbers on its drive-thru are interesting: ▫️It has the longest average wait time (8 minutes and 29 seconds) ▫️The wait time is because CFA is so damn popular and has the most average cars in line (4.74 cars) ▫️BUT, the actual time per car once it orders is the shortest of all chains (1 minute 47 seconds) ▫️CFA has a very low error rate on orders (helped by simplified menu), means even less delays per order The wildest CFA drive-thru experience is this elevated test restaurant in Atlanta. San Francisco residents will start to pay more for their water and sewer bills starting tomorrow Residents have had 6 increase in the past 5 heads and 2 more have been approved. This new increase is 23% and will cost the average family $500 more per year “The Public Utilities Commission approving a 23% hike over 2 years. That was back in April the 1st. A 10.5% increase starts tomorrow. Another 12.5% hike goes into effect next July. For an average family, that will be more than $500 extra a year.” There has been about 6 adjustments over 5 years with the new approval adding 2 more phased hikes With those new increases that’s about a 64% increase on their bills over this time

Today that price is $29.48 for premium formats and $16 for a basic ticket depending on location (I show proof) Some of the theaters like this are very outdated, others are new but the price is the same Just to see Toy Story in IMAX at AMC in California you’re looking at $29.48 per adult ticket and $26.98 for a child ticket A couple could spent $120 bucks just on tickets to take their 2 kids… it’s insane

On top of this, Tesla FSD delivers 7x fewer minor collisions and 5x fewer off-highway collisions than the average. It’s significantly safer than anything out there. This AI system is learning from millions of Teslas out in the real world, not from geofenced areas, like literally anywhere a Tesla can drive. Tesla’s vehicles use 360 degree camera visibility, over-the-air updates, and has a neural net that keeps making the system smarter, safer, and better over time, for all Teslas. The FSD experience is so good now that manually driving already feels like the distant past. And once you’ve lived with what so many Tesla owners get to experience every day, going back to any other car feels almost impossible.

Meet Archy IQ - no, we are not new to AOT. In fact, we have been in this AI field for about 8 years. We sold our in-house model to IBM and moved on as it wasn’t good enough for our needs. As mentioned below, I wanted to hire Google (who uses NVIDIA) to service our AOT 3 years ago and found out today that Google is behind this project. We are currently in 5 test stores, having processed over 1M transactions with about 90% of orders completed without human escalations. GCW's Brett Lauderdale tells us that he had talks with AEW about the MyAEW platform. “I’ve talked to AEW about MyAEW. I think it’s a nice option to have and obviously every company is different. We’re different than most other independent companies. So for a lot of people, it’s a no brainer and they should join today or yesterday or tomorrow. It’s a great affiliation to have. It’s a company with a lot of resources. Obviously, it’s an opportunity to have some stability. Now there are other companies who depend on a certain amount of revenue and who have depended on a certain amount of revenue and generated a certain amount of revenue from their streaming and pay-per-views and whatnot for years or many years and they need to make decisions based on business that allow them to continue either as they’ve continued or to a level that their fans expect. So don’t know where that puts House of Glory. I don’t know where that puts GCW now or in the future, but right now the best business decision for GCW is to stay with Triller. But like I said, that’s a great option for so many companies to finally have a new platform, some new hope, and again, a great affiliation. I think it’s great for indie wrestling.”
