Jaylen Brown says incorporating Muay Thai and pool workouts into his NBA training has helped improve his game “I just started doing Muay Thai for about a year now. Wanted to challenge myself in a different way, challenge my body. It's been great for opening up my hips, which is great for defense, but also being able to stay low, have greater balance, and be able to stay in certain positions for longer periods of time. The flexibility of it, and also fighters train harder.
