In my house, I have been banned from calling any customer service lines. 🤣 I have been told I do not "possess the patience". 😂

This happened to me TODAY! Transferred 3x, repeated full info twice, finally got the right person whose asthmatic breathing on the line nearly drove me out of my mind (I’ve got asthma and avoid calls when it’s bad). Exhausting.

This is me every time. He didn't mention the language barriers, though. The strong accents that are all but impossible to understand. "What? What did you say? What? Would you mind speaking a little slower?" Arrrgh!
