I don't really like dogs. I am physically challenged and can't walk properly and they bark at me for different walking. But these days I am becoming more and more fond of them because of them. It all started when their mother was pregnant and my mom used to give her milk every morning and evening. After they were born first they used to come with their mother and now their mother sees them having milk and let them have it. That's the other story but why I am liking them? Because they know my office timings. When I go to office and start my scooty they run from wherever they are and start dancing around my scooty. Then my mother gives them milk and they get to a side and I can go. In the evening they listen to my honking and run from wherever they are and again gather around my scooty trying to play with me. Sometimes I am afraid so that they don't get run over. But as usual milk comes and they get to a side and I can enter my home. Other than my family members they are also waiting for me. And I am loving it 🙂❤️

Yo, am I doing something wrong or is this 74 Perimeter Defense penalty? I'm out here getting sprayed.😂 I think shot contest/hands up animations need an upgrade. Because its virtually nothing else I can do...(besides perfectly timing a jump I guess) I'm in front actively playing defense on both shots. If its just a low perimeter thing then ill accept it. But I'm 6'8 and cats shooting over me like I'm 6'2. #NBA2K26

Pass or trash…’Ohana. It has its ups and downs, but I’ve been lucky enough to have more ups than downs. And it’s probably the table service restaurant I’ve eaten at the most. I just love the vibe and decor in there because it still feels like old school Disney. I do wish they went back to doing the skewers at the table.

Common peestols don’t do such a great job of stopping people unless you’re putting them directly in the pump house or CNS. God gave you two hands for a reason. You have got to aim. This may seem like a joke… and it’s definitely somewhat light-hearted But it’s also real. “Dessert” and “Sugar” has been demonized to a crazy extent. but there’s a huge difference between desserts made with high quality ingredients and desserts made with cheap filler junk. Take ice cream for example. Milk, cream, eggs, sugar? All anabolic & good for you. But they get a bad rap because people eat the Ben & Jerry’s slop with 100 ingredients most of which is processed slop. You can make the same conclusion about mostly every dessert. Cookies? Whole different ballgame if they are made with something like heirloom grains such as einkorn or spelt, that aren’t enriched, that aren’t loaded with gums, dyes, artificial sweeteners, etc. Getting this sugar in is actually GOOD for testosterone production, metabolism, & sleep. It’s inherently anti-stress when coming from a quality source. And beyond all that? Having some enjoyable treats makes your diet something that isn’t a 3 week effort, before falling off to binge for 3 days, and repeat. You satisfy your enjoyment for a delightful sweet, and increase adherence long term. So while it’s tongue in cheek, I’m not joking. Eat dessert for maximum gains.
