Day 12 of our #fitseptember challenge was meant to be an easier 10+10+10+10=40 but I actually found it harder to break it into 10s than to just keep going to 20 or 30. I find that quite interesting. I’ll try it more often to see if it remains the same or I just struggled today.

Semper Fi 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Boot Camp was some of the longest 3 months I had ever endured at that point in my life, but it changed me forever. Growing alongside fellow Marines and pushing through challenges without excuses or quitting taught me discipline, resilience, and brotherhood that will stay with me for life 💯 Good Monday everyone 🤛
