Pinhead chicken. Why the garlic and steam? How many useless tools did you need? Stop having AI try recipes and just ask a chef. We've been cooking for centuries. AI isn't going to improve it.

The whole recipe can be made with a bowl, a roll of plastic wrap, a pan, one knife and a fish spatula. No need for the steaming, plastic bottle, mass amount of useless crap. This isn't a simple recipe because the whole thing is inefficient.

My first ever slow cooker recipe. Chicken and sweet potato satay curry 😍👌🏽 I know I am 10 years late to this party but I can’t believe how good slow cookers are. They are so easy to use and make the food taste so good especially chicken and meat. Would you like to see more slow cooker recipes?

McDonald’s employee shows how they make the McRib - The McRib is made from restructured meat - The meat is from pork trimmings (shoulder/“picnic”), heart, and scalded stomach that are ground up, mixed with salt/water, and re-formed into a rib-like shape using binders - A single McRib has ~520–540 calories, 26–30 g fat (11 g saturated), 980–1,070 mg sodium, and 43–46 g carbs (mostly from high-fructose corn syrup in the sauce and bun). Frequently cited as one of the unhealthiest items on the menu - Early recipes contained azodicarbonamide (the “yoga mat chemical” used in shoe soles) as a dough conditioner for the bun — removed in 2015 after public backlash. Although this can vary by region or reformulation

They don't mix meat and cheese. But they are not Jewish. I flew to Mexico to find the Jews of Mexico. And I found two Mexican women who have been making Kosher quesadillas for 68 years. 68 years ago, her grandmother realized that her Mexican Jewish neighbors couldn't eat quesadillas because they were not Kosher. So she decided to make special quesadillas, unique recipes that didn't mix meat and cheese. And she turned it into a business - Quesadillas La Muertita. 68 years later, her family still is running the business. Today Quesadillas La Muertita are some of the best quesadillas in Mexico City. They have people from every religion waiting in line for them. Blue Square Alliance Against Hate

Köttbullar 📍Sweden 🇸🇪 Taste Sweden: Literally translating to "meat buns," this iconic dish was once an exclusive luxury. Before the invention of the meat grinder in the nineteenth century, hand-chopping meat was incredibly labor-intensive, reserving these delicate morsels strictly for the upper class. The secret to their signature, melt-in-the-mouth texture is the panada. Breadcrumbs soaked in milk are folded into the mince—originally a clever trick to stretch expensive ingredients, now the mandatory technique for achieving their airy lightness. Recipes vary strictly by latitude. While southern Sweden prefers a rich blend of beef and fatty pork, northern regions often rely on pure beef or even wild game like elk. Regardless of geography, the plating rules are uncompromising. Bathed in a velvety brown cream sauce, paired with buttery purée, and cut by sharp, wild lingonberries, Köttbullar remains the ultimate symbol of husmanskost—honest, hearty Swedish soul food that conquered the culinary world. There are recipes where your hands stay clean. This is not one of them. On the set of Wild Game Kitchen, we cooked a whole cow head for tacos de cabeza, and I used my RayBanMeta AI glasses to capture the process without stopping to grab my phone. Salt, chiles, smoke, tortillas, salsa. The whole thing. I even asked Meta AI for the key to cooking a cow head, and the answer was exactly right… low and slow until the cheeks, tongue, and all that beautiful meat are tender enough to pull apart. That’s the magic of this dish. Use the whole animal. Take your time. Make tacos worth waiting for. #RayBanMetaPartner

Thanksgiving Horror. What’s REALLY in Campbell’s Soup? 😱 GMO Nuggets, Exec Meltdown and Social Media Apocalypse. Cream of Mushroom Soup sees a HUGE jump, with about 40% of yearly sales happening right now —during Thanksgiving for cherished recipes like Green Bean Casserole. But still…that GMO bombshell. So I stared at that “bioengineered” label on the back of the can and thought: WHAT is that? “Bioengineered” Bugs? Lab-grown freak meat? Poison? 3-D printed meat? Ugh—no. Time to investigate the truth. 🍲💥 Core Scoop: Veggies, broth, noodles, legit U.S. farm chicken and beef. But processed to the HILT—salt overload, MSG coma inducing something or other, preservatives, corn syrup sugar highs that will make you run to bury your Fitbit. Bioengineered Breakdown: Straight GMOs. “Lab-tweaked” Ok. What does THAT mean? More corn-soy for bug-proof superpowers. Still cringe. If you’re GMO-phobic, bail now. But there are Zero cricket proteins or toxins—they say. ‼️Exec Explosion: Ousted VP Martin Bally’s leaked rant went viral last week: “Slop for the broke” with “3D-printed bio-chicken.” Public outrage predictably ensued. Campbell’s roared back in defense: “Total BS! No fake meat—and they axed Martin Bally on the spot. Ok. But still… X is on FIRE—boycotts are underway, savage memes, DIY soup wars. So, What are your thoughts? Did you cave and make the green bean casserole with Campbell’s Mushroom Soup. Total hysteria or legit red flag?Spill your guts below.🥫🔥 #CampbellSoup #GMO #Bioengineered #FoodScandal #MAHA #BoycottCampbell #LabMeat #TruthBombs

Winter is coming. The Balkans are getting ready. 🇷🇸 🇲🇰 🇧🇦 🇭🇷 🇲🇪 🇸🇮 Autumn means sacks of red peppers, blackened skins and big pots of ajvar. This roasted pepper spread is made across the Balkans, especially in Serbia and North Macedonia, with recipes changing between countries and households. Some include eggplant, others use only peppers, with enough chilli to suit whoever’s filling the jars. The peppers are roasted, peeled and ground, then slowly cooked with oil as part of zimnica, the food preserved for winter. That usually means hours at the pot with a wooden paddle, but some cooks now put homemade motorised stirrers to work, like the one in this video. The motor takes over the repetitive stirring while the ajvar cooks down, ready to be jarred and eaten over the colder months with bread, cheese or grilled meat. Video by: @domaca_prica_by_daca
