There are recipes where your hands stay clean. This is not one of them. On the set of Wild Game Kitchen, we cooked a whole cow head for tacos de cabeza, and I used my RayBanMeta AI glasses to capture the process without stopping to grab my phone. Salt, chiles, smoke, tortillas, salsa. The whole thing. I even asked Meta AI for the key to cooking a cow head, and the answer was exactly right… low and slow until the cheeks, tongue, and all that beautiful meat are tender enough to pull apart. Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls. As the King of Tailgating, I declare you need to put these in your Super Bowl plans this weekend! As always, my recipes, swag, and the freshest seasonings in the world are available at Ingredients: •1 lb hot sausage, uncooked •2 C cheddar cheese, shredded •1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix •1 10oz can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained •1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened • Meat Church The Gospel AP Instructions: •Mix all ingredients by hand until well combined. •Form 1” balls. Don’t forget to cup them. •Place the balls on tray lined with butcher or parchment paper. Season with The Gospel AP BBQ rub. •Cook them at 400ºF until they are 165 ºF which should take 18-20 mins.

This roasted pepper spread is made across the Balkans, especially in Serbia and North Macedonia, with recipes changing between countries and households. Some include eggplant, others use only peppers, with enough chilli to suit whoever’s filling the jars. The peppers are roasted, peeled and ground, then slowly cooked with oil as part of zimnica, the food preserved for winter. That usually means hours at the pot with a wooden paddle, but some cooks now put homemade motorised stirrers to work, like the one in this video.
