No. Indeed it’s not normal. Cloud seeding is way off the charts. Our governments are destroying our world, in order to profit from “carbon taxes”, people with two brain cells understand that carbon is what feeds plants and thus making the planet greener. Yet a green planet is not profitable. Fear is.

@dana916 Does happen every now and again, especially as the city has expanded massively in the last 50 years with minimal drainage infrastructure as it rarely rains. In 1941 the Kabba was half submerged and a chap swam tawaf.

Those who don't think floods are normal must replace our previous understanding of geomorphology with new theories. If floods are new then how did valleys and canyons form? The climate religious walk hand in hand with creationists.
Does their cloud seeding have anything to do with this?
