I'm trying to wrap my head around the whole situation. Like, how do you present two different copies of your budget for defense? Even when found out, there wasn't any aota of remorse or surprise from him, just strong confidence and vibes.

The Nigerian lawmakes presented different documents for the budget with different information in it to the original copy. When they were caught up no remorse.
