I’m not against AI. I’m against the lie. AI is a powerful tool, but when “creators” use it to fake skills in cosplay, makeup, or dance without an #AI tag, they’re setting a standard that no human can ever meet. There is a “Human Tax” that machines don’t pay. Even if I copy a trend (or creator), I still spend weeks sewing, months saving for this camera, and hours under hot lights until my skin stings. My back aches, my wallet is lighter, and my process is messy. But the “perfect” creator on your feed? They just have a good prompt and most can’t even tell the difference. This is why 62% of us are facing burnout. We are sprinting a marathon against ghosts who never sleep. They are faster than us and that makes it a dangerous game. Look at 14-year-old Sewell Setzer III, who lost his life after falling for an AI he thought was real. When we stop valuing what’s human, we lose the game. I’d rather have my flaws than a perfect lie. If it’s AI, tag it. If it’s human, honor the struggle. Does the “person” behind the screen still matter to you? Or is the untagged “perfection” enough?

Ferris State HC Tony Annese - GT Counter Triple Option - Quarterback Fundamentals... Catch the ball and make a 1/8th turn to face the DE you are reading. Stab the ball back off of your back hip. Mesh with the RB while reading the DE. The DE must squeeze hard enough to tackle the RB in order for you to pull the ball. If he does pull and seed the ball at your chest. Attack the pitch key's outside shoulder (1st man outside the tackle box). If he darts to the slot keep the ball. If he stays with you, pitch the ball and avoid the hit. -Running Back Fundamentals... Take 2 shuffle steps for depth (almost like a OT pass set). Wait for the ball to be brought back to you. Once it is, track behind your pullers making sure to keep a big pocket so the QB can get a good mesh. Once you get the ball follow your pulling tackle and fit off of his block. Get upfield at the first opportunity. -Slot Fundamentals... The motion timing is on the slot on this play. Motion as late as possible to still get in pitch position (we would try to motion at the snap on this play but depending on how fast each slot is they may have to cheat it a bit). Motion at the QB's heals and run full speed. Once you get into pitch phase yell for the ball to let the QB know you are there and stay in pitch phase till you get the ball. -Perimeter Blocking - On this play we will switch block with our WR and Slot. That means the WR is going to block the high safety and the Slot will block the corner. We leave the OLB as the pitch key. We still want to make sure we are square to the man we are blocking so the slot will go flat down the LOS until he gets to the same vertical plane as the corner and then he will climb to block him.

Gandalf and the Awakening of King Théoden: When One Person Returns to Their True Place, an Entire Kingdom Begins to Heal Some moments in cinema are remembered for their spectacular visual effects, epic battles, or breathtaking action. Others, however, leave a lasting impression without relying on grand-scale conflict. All they require is one person rising at the right moment. Gandalf's liberation of King Théoden in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers is one such moment. What gives this scene its enduring emotional power is not magic or Gandalf's confrontation with Saruman, but a principle that runs throughout Tolkien's world: When what is right is restored at the center, the order of the whole begins to be restored as well. For Rohan's greatest problem was never simply the enemy beyond its borders. At a deeper level, the one who stood at the center of the kingdom was no longer truly himself. A King Who Still Sat on the Throne, Yet Had Lost the Center When Gandalf enters the hall of Meduseld, Théoden is still seated upon his throne. He is still the King of Rohan. He still wears the crown. Yet true authority no longer belongs to him. Peter Jackson conveys this decline through remarkably subtle details: Théoden's aged appearance, his clouded eyes, his weakened voice, and above all, the constant presence of Gríma Wormtongue at his side. Gríma does not seize the throne by force. Instead, he occupies the place of influence beside it, whispering into the king's ear year after year. This reflects one of Tolkien's recurring portrayals of evil: it does not always begin with overwhelming power. More often, it begins by distorting perception until people lose the ability to recognize the truth. The problem, therefore, is not simply that Théoden has grown weak. The true center of Rohan has been displaced. When the one entrusted to lead can no longer act according to his own will, the fracture does not remain within a single individual. It spreads throughout the kingdom. Gandalf Does Not Create a New King The remarkable aspect of Théoden's deliverance is that Gandalf does not grant him new strength. He does not transform a broken man into a different hero. He simply removes the darkness that has been obscuring the man Théoden has always been. This reflects another central idea in Tolkien's world: Goodness does not create a new nature. It restores what has always existed beneath the shadows. Théoden has always been a king. He has always possessed courage. He has always carried responsibility for Rohan. Gandalf merely helps him return to the place he truly belongs. And when the one at the center is restored, the healing of the kingdom can finally begin. Herugrim: The Return of Responsibility The most unforgettable moment of the scene is not the burst of light from Gandalf's staff. It is the moment Théoden receives Herugrim, his sword, once again. At first, his hands still tremble. He looks upon the sword as though rediscovering a part of himself long forgotten. But as the blade is slowly drawn from its scabbard, the transformation becomes unmistakable. His back straightens. His eyes become clear. His voice returns. Through the painstaking work of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency and modern forensic science, his remains were identified in 2025. This week he came home. We honor Sergeant First Class Jack Benton Baker because he answered the call when his country needed him, because he showed extraordinary bravery at an age when most are still finding their way, and because the sacred American promise is that we leave no one behind — not on the battlefield, and not in history. Our thoughts on this entire situation regarding Connor McDavid. Anyone that owns or runs a business knows that uncertainty is never a good thing for your business, the fact we sit here 21 days till Opening Night & Connor McDavid isn’t signed to a contract extension is not good for your business & it’s bad management that it’s gotten to this point. The uncertainty of Connor McDavid signing or not signing isn’t good. Ken Holland created a great culture & since he’s left that culture isn’t the same anymore. Connor McDavid knows it. Holland wasn’t treated right in his last year in Edmonton. When in the history of game has a GM taken his team to Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final, lost but then wasn’t brought back? Holland would have stayed on to see this through but someone in Edmonton didn’t respect Holland enough to keep him around. It’s pretty clear though that Connor McDavid is leaving after this interview & that’s a great thing for the NHL even better for the NHLPA because Connor McDavid should be & will be the first player in the history of the game to make $20M on an AAV & that’s not going to happen in Edmonton but it will happen on another team that’s setup better to win as soon as he joins that new team. There’s a good chance the new team McDavid signs with won’t have multiple players making $10M or more. He might be the only one. That will set him & that team up to win many The Stanley Cup No one knows more about the game than Connor McDavid & he knows you can’t win a Cup with 3 to 4 players making $10M or more. It’s never going to happen. Play this year out & move on. Even if the Oilers do win the Cup this year moving on is the best thing for his career & even growing the game. There will be better options come July 1st 2026. Being around Team Canada players & Coaches will/should play a factor in his decision to find a better home once he’s a UFA. The business him & his wife own here can still run even if he’s gone, it’s runs fine when they go to Toronto for 10 weeks straight in the summer time. If they want to put them up for sale people will come calling. My new song GOOD CITIZEN is out! 🌹 I feel thankful to be able to share this with you. And for the people who helped me bring this together. My beautiful music/ soul fam. The last few weeks have been… interesting. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for being part of this movement. I’ve poured my heart and soul into this music journey, and it means a lot to have your support. I never expected music to become my main thing, especially not music that pokes at the pressure points of society. I was supposed to stick to the academic path. Do the “responsible” thing. But life had other plans. And recently, let’s just say I’ve had certain “official” eyes on me. Not fans. Not industry. The kind of attention you don’t ask for, the kind where someone sends you a letter and suddenly you’re re-reading your own lyrics wondering how we got here. I’m not naming names, but if you know… you know. That whole situation lit a fire under me. If you’ve listened, shared, messaged, defended me, or stayed curious, thank you. You’re the reason I keep going when it gets messy behind the scenes. This year made one thing very clear: The moment someone tries to “remind you of your place,” you realise how fast you’re meant to outgrow it. And seek something better that’s waiting for you. Something landed in my inbox that made me pause, rage and start writing Good Citizen. It was clinical, cold, and extremely revealing about how fragile “freedom” is when you say the truth out loud or say something that challenges the system. Then I watched what’s happening overseas with digital ID rolling out, thousands of people being arrested over posts and comments. Now early stages are creeping into Australia too. It all connected.
