For anyone considering giving @boostmobile a try. I promise, boost mobile will make you live to regret the day. Don’t expect them to honor their “30 day money back guarantee” either. Boost has locked the ads on my phone where they can't be removed & are constantly interfering with phone's performance & ability to do anything that is desired by a @Boost phone owner. What do you do, BOOST? Do you continue to screw your customers?

Boost stole $11 from me Boost activated my service before i received my sim card and refuse to fix and won't give me a refund .

Don't trust this company, If they will screw a disabled Veteran, they'll screw you too! Paid them Sept. 16. They disconnected me Oct 13.? 26 days of service? But they're never wrong. Provided bank statements don't matter. Terrible people

Boost Mobile is a complete scam. I signed up on August 8, 2025 with a brand new account using a new email and autopay to qualify for their 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. I bought an iPhone 16e for $99 and a Google Pixel 10 for $300, then ported in two lines. The service was awful.

Don’t order from Boost. Their numerous data breaches have caused several cases of identity theft. And there’s no customer service contact information so Boost also has no accountability. Boost deserves to go bankrupt.

Hey @boostmobile why does your customer service reps lie to your customers? They charge me the wrong amount and then refuse to refund my money after they made a mistake? What sense does that make? #stopthesteal

Hello. Can I get some assistance. Boost Mobile has been giving me the runaround with my bank in regards to a refund that was generated on December 16th...
