ICE had to very forcibly detain this Juan in Burien, Washington. Meltdown Mario says, "You guys cannot treat him like that, you cannot break his windows!" Yes, they can and yes, they will Mario. Interestingly enough, Mario lists his home as “Pueblo City.” As far as I can tell that’s not in the USA. ICE should have grabbed him too.
