Oh no. Does someone wanna tell these undersized guys throwing ~100 that they need to “get into their pec”. I’m thinking they’re not deep enough! If a right handed throw is ultimately just a rotation to the left, all the “pec stretch” is is just a reflection of the upper half delaying in sequence (but still ultimately turning the same way). Let’s get first things first, there’s way more things going on in the shoulder girdle than the pecs— and this elastic energy transfer is occurring through the entire system (from the trunk all the way through the shoulder girdle). The ‘stretch’ you’re seeing aesthetically is largely based on relative joint stiffness, tissue quality, the ability to move proximal to distal, and the timing of rotation. Honestly, it wouldn’t be a bad thing if we brought back a little flat arm syndrome. At true weight bearing foot-plant, you can see both of these guys are moving into relative external rotation, however, they’re still in IR. Oh no! But their arm isn’t at 90 degrees?! How can they get deep in their pec, bro?! A closer look on the GSAP powered animations in Webflow. Just from my perspective. In short, it’s way more powerful than I first thought. The more I use it, the more I like it. Of course, there are some parts missing. But it's the first version. There's still a lot to come. For example, custom ease would already make a huge difference. Breakpoints. Maybe a way to add custom functions as sometimes you need to calculate stuff in JavaScript to get complex animations. The biggest part for me is that you can just build the animation inside a timeline. This makes it so much easier than writing it as code. You can fine tune it so much more. When there would be a way to export the tween as code to add some more functionality would be awesome. You can also add custom classes with the timeline, which can then be used in custom CSS to add more functionality. With a bit of custom code you can also use breakpoints for your animations. By using the custom event the animation can be used in custom code which can also be pretty powerful. Didn’t test it so much yet, but would be cool if you could just take the event and use for example the onComplete() from GSAP or other stuff. For example. let mm = gsap.matchMedia(); const module = Webflow.require("ix3"); module.ready().then(() => { mm.add( { isMobile: "(max-width: 992px)", }, (context) => { let { isMobile } = context.conditions; if (isMobile) { module.emit("Mobile Animation"); } } ); }); "Mobile Animation" is the name of your custom event. I hope that part will get more powerful. Something I miss on the timeline is that when you select more actions you can just drag all actions. It would be cool if you could move it frame by frame with the arrow keys, like in Jitter for example. Or just write a specific point like when you have one selected. For now I would further write the code myself, but I’m excited to see where it’s going. Maybe there will be a time where you could animate most parts inside Webflow 🙂 Can’t wait for the next GSAP update!

I went to the doctor and had an ultrasound examination to check the tumor and blue marks in my abdomen. The doctor was satisfied with my condition and told me that it was just bruises from the surgery... We are still living in terrifying and difficult times.. The army is still waging a military campaign in the north.. and the tanks are about 1.5 km away from me.. I'm wondering for how long? When will this nightmare end? When will we get out of this hell? Death is no longer terrifying... This life is more terrifying... We still struggle every day to get food. They are still besieging us and using starvation as a weapon against us.. Me, the cats, and my family are all fine. The video below is of my daughter Julia helping me take care of the cats.. there is an idea came to my mind to plant a garden in order to get some vegetables. I bought the seeds from the black market for very ridiculous amounts.. and it will take approximately 3 months for the vegetables to mature.. Alright, now it’s time for us to get back to the story. I wanna share my personal experience trading memecoins (and some utility plays) on Solana over the past 1 year and 4 months. Before that, I was pretty active on Ethereum since around 2020. So what made me switch to Solana ? It started when someone from my private group pointed out the potential of Solana, the speed, the low fees, and how early the ecosystem still felt at the time. Funny thing is, I actually heard about Solana when it was already at $80, but I didn’t really touch it until it hit around $100, and I started with 20 SOL as capital. It was sometime around February 2024 (don’t remember the exact date), when I first tried trading memecoins on Solana. Back then, wasn’t even popping yet, most devs were still launching manually. No fancy bots, no real token scanners, just pure risk. ( Correct me if I’m wrong about when first launched. ) Honestly, in the beginning, it was tough. New tokens popping up every second, rugs left and right, Solana was in hype mode, and everyone wanted to launch something. But by April, things started to click. I was finally making profits trading Solana coins, memecoins, lowcap utilities, all that. If I compare it to now, I’d say it was way easier back then to catch early entries. Not even exaggerating, 100x plays were way more common. I will put sneak peek of some of my PnL from my personal channel, Of course, it’s not as simple anymore with today’s market; Bundles everywhere, token farming systems, launch metas changing fast… Back then? It was cleaner. Simpler. Honestly, better. Through all this, I’ve always had one dream: To help people who are truly serious about learning the game. THE "CONSISTENTLY PROFITABLE" SKILL GAP & THE MYTH OF SUPPLEMENTAL INCOME FROM TRADING For many new traders or part-time traders, there is this pervasive belief that with some time and effort, they'll be able to make "just" a few grand per month to supplement their income. Or they "don't want to aim big, they just want to replace their current salary via trading so they can have more freedom." This is because people mistakenly believe that trading is like most other jobs, rather than it being a winner-take-all performance endeavor more akin to becoming a professional athlete. 99.9% of athletes will never make a dime professionally. There is no market demand for your average high school or college player. To even make league minimum in the NBA, you are still in the .0001% of basketball players. There is no such thing as just deciding to casually make a few grand as a pro athlete. Think about what it takes for someone to make $50k/yr as a golfer? The skill gap to earn an income or make the league minimum is crazy to comprehend. The analogy I gave with AT09 was the story of Brian Scalabrine. Even though Brian Scalabrine “sucked” in the NBA, he would absolutely annihilate 99.9% of the people calling him trash. He once said the famous line that he’s closer in skill to LeBron James than his haters are to him, and that line perfectly explains trading. The gap between unprofitable and elite looks massive from the outside, but the real canyon is between unprofitable and making any amount of money consistently. People look at a trader making $1M a year and think that’s a different species. They assume someone doing $100k a year is basically the same as the guy still blowing accounts, just with better luck. That’s like saying Scalabrine and your friend who plays pickup on Tuesdays are basically equal because neither is LeBron. Going from $0 to consistently profitable is the hardest jump in trading. You CANNOT just casually make a few grand per month or supplement income part-time. The skill level needed to consistently make ANY AMOUNT trading is the equivalent of being in the league. A trader who can pull $100k a year out of the market is not “kind of good.” They have competency in finding edge, executing trades, handling their psychology and risk management, and are competing in the league. From there, scaling to $300k, $500k, even $1M is usually a function of size, capital, and refinement, not a complete identity shift. But the trader still stuck at breakeven or red? They’re not one tweak away from $100k. They’re not “basically there.” They’re still trying to prove they belong on the court at all. The uncomfortable truth is this: the distance between $0 and $100k is far greater than the distance between $100k and $1M. One requires becoming a professional. The other simply just requires becoming a more refined one. My confidence in taking a trader from $100k to $1m is probably 10x higher than my confidence in taking a trader from $0 to $100k.
