I feel this video Mr. Wilson, I have been working on this the past few months. I took two a nap a few weeks ago and woke up feeling very guilty. I don't "relax" while I'm awake, I don't watch any shows unless it's with my wife, it's a problem.

Sadly society has put that expectation on men that a man's worth is based on how hard he works and the money he makes.

My Uncle tried to explain this to me years ago, it was hard to accept. Starting to understand it more day by day.
