we all dream of those big wins in life the 100x, the multi-million dollar trade, or even just 10x of what you started with in 7 days i’ve been fortunate enough to experience a few of those over the past few years, and the reality is when you do win big, it doesn’t feel like it at all it hits for a split second, and then your brain just normalizes it it's a part of how to get there in the first place, but makes it a lot easier to lose it if you don't have the right guardrails in place and in that exact moment, you being even keeled doesn’t mean the number in front of you isn’t life changing it is this is where you have to slow down a bit, breathe, settle your mind don’t just roll it into some bullshit take some off the table, step away for a few days if you have to, funny enough, blowing let's say 10k of it on a beautiful trip to tokyo will save you so much because once you actually process what just happened, your future self will thank you for it the truth is, even if you think you’re going for a certain number, the moment you hit it, you’ll want more and more, and more anyone who's been in the same position will tell you the exact same thing ironically the people that win are addicted to winning and if you ask the same people in a year after that big win, what they regret and where are they proud of themselves? they will tell you they regretted rolling it over and giving some/all back or they are proud for switching back on the switch all of this is real, but it’s also exactly how i imagined it would feel years ago before it ever happened manifest your life, the feeling not just the number everything happens twice, first in your mind, then in reality

To suggest that women who don’t present in a “traditional feminine” way are being refused access to women’s bathrooms, and then additionally blaming women for it, proves the sexism & misogyny of gender ideology & it’s most loyal supports like this idiot here. Humans can tell the difference between males and females. This is a fact. It actually has very little to do with clothing. There are thousands of gene expressions that make sex clear in almost an instant. Blind people can tell the difference. Deaf people can tell the difference. Basically, even if you don’t have use of all of your senses, you can still tell the sex of people you’re interacting with and/or those around you. It’s that ingrained. Even in the (very) rare cases that a second look is required - for various reasons, many not even to do with gender ideology - sex is confirmed on that second look. This was a very important evolutionary skill for survival. It is involuntary, primal and accurate. Undrafted… I get it. Not being drafted sucks. The whole thing isn’t a dream for us. They don’t invite guys like us to the draft. Hell, most of us don’t even throw get togethers, and the ones that do are pissed off they did. Just because you weren’t picked doesn’t mean that you aren’t chosen…. The beauty is you now have a chance to make this a chapter in a story that empowers. It won’t be easy. This journey can be lonely. People will over look you… if you let them. No one will stand on the table for you… until you make them. I wish I could tell you if you’re good enough you’ll make it, but I can’t. And you know that, but I do know if you don’t work your ass off you might as well not show up. Things don’t go perfectly for us but it doesn’t mean you won’t be great. You could go from bagging groceries to the Hall of fame, win Super Bowls with your legs, or get cut more times than you can count and still have one of the most phenomenal plays in Super Bowl History! Shoot maybe even two of you can share an iconic moment. You have a chance, & that chance is now. Walk into the building knowing you belong, but work like you’re the only one who knows that. How to Create Rotation With the Back Leg How you want to actually create rotation with the back leg. For me and higher level guys, I don’t even like to think about rotation. If you feel your hips rotating, it’s probably too slow. This is such a violent, explosive movement that happens in milliseconds. You shouldn’t even be able to feel it. That’s why I think about it as a weight shift. When you’re putting force into the ground, into that X direction, most of your weight is on the back leg. Then once you create that impulse and it propels you forward, all you need to think about is getting to the front leg. That force naturally rotates the hips into foot plant. For a lot of higher level guys, this helps a lot. They don’t have to think about rotating the hips. Because that can actually mess things up. Instead, it’s just force into the ground and get to the front leg. The pelvis will rotate on its own.
