Getting my breast implants removed is the most feminine thing I’ve ever done. I filmed the pre-surgery vlog. Here’s what fifteen years with a foreign object does to a woman’s body. At nineteen, insecure and fresh off a crash diet, I asked a surgeon to fix me. Needed a small lift at best. I walked out with implants I never needed, and I kept them for fifteen years, blaming the fatigue, the fog and the shedding hair on anything but the two bags my body had been fighting all along. Then one ruptured. No pain, no warning, the way most of them go. When that happens the silicone doesn’t stay put: it migrates into your tissue and your lymph nodes while the shell keeps shedding heavy metals and biofilm. Mold + heavy metals leaching into your system, how lovely… I’ve been open about my eating disorder, so I won’t pin everything on the implant. But a 2025 review of more than 6,000 women found most feel better once they’re out, and I already do. Real beauty was never volume. It’s a body that isn’t at war with itself. I wrote the whole story, with the science, for Evie Magazine. Linked below or in my bio. Send this to the girl who’s about to book her consultation. 🤍

Real talk: I’ve watched plenty of videos of women saying they felt instantly better after their breast implant removal op (like the veil of doom lifted the moment the anaesthesia wore off) but I was sceptical. Surely this must be exaggerated? Lo and behold, I feel better 24 hours after surgery than I did before going under the knife. My mind is clear, my focus is sharp, and my energy is through the roof. I genuinely can’t believe it??? I went for breakfast at my favourite hotel, then took a 40 minute walk. Maxx energy. I’m already back at work and more productive than usual. Zero pain or discomfort too. Placebo? I don’t know. But breast implant illness is real, and especially after my implant ruptured, I started experiencing a whole host of health issues: some documented here, some never even mentioned. I was living in a near-constant haze of brain fog. Some days were genuinely brutal, and it weighed heavily on both my professional and personal life. And now it’s gone. I almost don’t want to say it out loud in case I jinx it lol I’ll keep reporting as I go. These things need to be said. More women deserve to know the truth about the dangers of breast implants; all the ins, outs and everything nobody tells you. For now, let me enjoy my poison-free, über-energetic life lol. Love you all :)))

People keep accusing me of LARPing as Polish because I’ve lived in London for years and “don’t know the language or culture.” So here’s Świtezianka by Adam Mickiewicz, *from memory*. Haven’t recited it in 25 years so forgive mistakes. Fun fact: when estrogen dominance erased my memory (as it does) and I forgot names, faces, everything, this stayed. Brace yourself. It’s freaking long.

🚨BREAKING: At Charlie Kirk’s memorial service, Trump said autism rates jumped from 1 in 10,000 20 years ago to 1 in 12 boys and 1 in 20 girls today… INSANE NUMBERS He added they “might have found an answer,” with Oval Office talks set for tomorrow. Curious what comes of this.

You can trust a lean girl with a metabolic obsession to create the first pro-metabolic crisps that won’t make you fat. Commercial crisps are cooked in inflammatory seed oils that combine fat and carbs in a way that encourages fat storage. SINA Crisps are different. We use just three ingredients: 🥔 Organic potatoes 🥥 Organic coconut oil 🧂 Salt Why coconut oil? Unlike most long-chain fats, the medium-chain fats in coconut oil are rapidly transported to the liver, where they’re preferentially oxidised for energy rather than being readily stored in adipose tissue. It also doesn’t interfere with glucose metabolism in the same way other fats do, making it a metabolism-friendly choice. The goal wasn’t just to make a “healthy snack” (that was one part of it). Our goal was to reinvent crisps from a metabolic perspective, so you can enjoy something genuinely delicious without the usual inflammatory oils. Simple ingredients + incredible crunch + nothing unnecessary. Hormone and fat loss-friendly and good for both adults and toddlers 🧡 Ready to snack smarter? Try our delicious Sina Crisps and taste what pro-metabolic really means, babes. SINA Crisps
