I respect what he’s saying but goddamn you’re only 27. Homie looks like he’s 36 with two divorces.

Dude is in for a hard lesson. He’ll be divorced sitting in his apartment alone wondering what he did wrong…

Praising your self while jogging is a wildly smug thing to do.

I started smoking pot when I was 14. Went on to do just about any drug I could get my hands on, the more hard core the better, and enjoyed drinking too much. I floated around from job to job and had no plans for my life. I always hung out with friends just like myself. One day I decided this wasn’t how I wanted to spend my life, so went back to school at 18 to get my high school diploma, then went on to night school to get my college degree. I was pretty happy and thought everything was great, until I wanted to marry my girlfriend and her father said no. He was a Lutheran pastor and wasn’t about to let his daughter marry a man who wasn’t a Christian. So, rather than move on, I chose to start going to church and took the bible based classes they offered, then I was baptized. It’s hard for me to describe the feeling when your heart and sole are opened to Christ and you ask Him into your heart, your soul, and your life. It’s not only that I know I’ll live throughout eternity with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, which is reason enough to open your heart to Him, but it’s knowing that He is always with me. When life gets you down or you’re going through a difficult time, or you’re fearful about something, all I have to do is pray to God and ask Him to feel me with His peace and to comfort me and help me face whatever the issue is. He’s not always going to answer your prayers and help you win the lotto, or help your sports team win, as He’s not a wishing well, but He can and will help you through life more than you can imagine, and probably more than you’ll ever know. Everyone has probably seen the “Footprints in the Sand” poem where a guy has a dream that he’s walking in the sand with Christ at his side throughput his life. Towards the end of his life, he looks back at the footprints in the sand and noticed that there were several areas where there were only one set of footprints. He also noticed that everywhere there was only one set of fingerprints, it was during the most challenging times of his life. The man asked Christ why He was not beside him during the most difficult times in his life, as Christ promised him that he would always walk with him if he believed in Him and was baptized. Christ responded by telling him that during the most difficult times in your life where you only see one set of footprints, those were the times when I carried you. We all have challenges throughout our lives, many where we don’t know how we’ll ever move forward or get ahead. I’ve had several, including one when I drowned in a lake after drinking too much, and was resuscitated by a friend who was as drunk as me, but swam around the bottom of the lake feeling for my body. He had never resuscitated anyone, and said he didn’t have a clue what he was doing, but he brought me back and I know it was Christ working through my buddy as God had a plan for me. Another time is when I overdosed, and another was when I died during surgery, and after some time, the doctor was able to bring me back. There were several times in my life when I probably should have died with all the stupid and dangerous stuff I did. I wasn’t only getting high and drinking every chance I got, but I was an adrenaline junky and never slowed down until I accepted Christ and got married. Even though I accepted Christ, my wife and I would still smoke pot until one day our son fell and hit his head on the corner of a wooden coffee table. His eye and forehead swelled up very quickly and I panicked. I was waisted and suddenly had to snap out of it and get my son to the hospital. That was the last night I smoked pot, as never wanted to be in a position to where I put my son’s wellbeing in jeopardy. Christian’s aren’t perfect, we’re far from it. I believe everything this guy said on this video, but I also believe the manly thing to do is to lead his family to Christ, as I guarantee it will be the greatest thing you ever do.

Got married at 20. Did all the fun stuff at 17-18. Don't drink or do drugs. Raised two kids Celebrated 44 years together Sept 6th

Blink twice if you need us to pick you up.

27? Naive. That’s what you are. Let’s see how you will speak when 35, 45 etc. If you will still be faithful to your Wife, or if she will still love you. I witnessed too much suffering among my family and friends driven by NAIVETY. Painful divorces affecting the kids the most. People change with time. You are simply too young or inexperienced to notice.

He left out the most important lesson of all. Put your trust in God.

What a good man. A man among men. If I had taken that advice at 20 I wouldn’t of wasted my life on drugs & alcohol. Make your bed and then you lay in it.

Good luck in your late 30s. All I have to say is good luck.

This is a much needed massage for todays young people. Wasting your 20’s on selfish desires doesn’t suddenly produce the right character needed in your 30’s and 40’s and beyond. The road to success starts young.

Please have more than 3 kids im 48 and my 3 kids are grown. I wish I would of had 2 more they kept me young and involve. I can't even tell you what day it is today so lonely. My house is so quiet. I miss the busyness.

100% You are spot on! Those habits lead to happiness and fulfillment. I’ve lived it. The principle is true. Integrity!🔥

In other words, become or remain a Christian

I can relate to this. Married by 22. Kid by 23. Second by 26. Third by 28. My best friend is my wife. I never go to parties. I don’t drink. I have a successful career. If I could go back in time I wouldn’t change a thing.

You do not need to be jogging while saying this

Not everyone has the same childhood and life experiences. My “father” never loved me or my siblings and only cared about himself. I’ve never been taught how to be a man or what it is to be a man. I’ve had to learn everything from trial and error and looking up to God almighty as my Father. I’ve always felt behind my peers and feeling clueless of how to even interact with other humans because of the abusive childhood. This is great for this dude but it’s not a realistic life for many others.

Im glad some people get to live dreams. But, let's be honest, not everyone can just make those choices like magic. Most of the time what crushes dreams are other people and circumstances. This guy won the lotto and acts like it's a simple choice.

He’s probably deep in debt, with a mortgage in that suburb. Also, “wandering without a purpose,” is how most of the iconic companies like Apple computers and great ideas are born

Yep did the same. Just wait till she has an affair for no fucking reason. The sad truth to being a good man is you can do everything right the best you can and still be fucked

Ah yes the married man. Happy. Motivated. Successful. Then financial struggle comes. She leaves. A tale as old as time.

I have never met a man who married the first woman he ever had sex with, who was also deserving of respect. These men are not respected by most men because they're dominated by their wives. They're not respected by their wives either, and for the same reason.

You gotta be sufficiently attractive and capable and have resources, and feel like you deserve those things, to get them. It's not a matter of choice.

Sorry to break your fantasy, He will cheat on his wife when he is 45 year old

This young man is a rare find. Lots of people will put him down. He’s clearly not listening. He’s a man of honour and his family are lucky to have him. Youth was not wasted on him.

This is the way

Very good but not relatable. Show me the man who’s seen the darkest darkness and still leads with light. That’s the guy I aim to be.

The partying and carousing of a man in his twenties cannot possibly come anywhere close to the happiness and fulfillment that this man enjoys in loving his wife and children and creating a strong family structure.

Wait until wifey cheats on his boring ass. His whole world will crumble

Don’t get me wrong, I had a lot of fun when I was young. But I always wanted to be a dad and had all 3 of my children by my mid 20’s. Kids grown Now I just turned 45, oldest daughter married married last year, gonna have a grandson in a few weeks and get to live for me now I suggest if ur a young man, have ur family young, ur babies are so much fun. Do that, then live for u when u Now I get to watch my family grow and still don’t have grey hair yet

I'm very proud to listen to your speech because I did the same thing with my wife unfortunately Jesus took her home after 48 years of us being together I remember the first 8 years we just had fun and then my son was born and life changed and it got better so thank you.

Probably from a Mormon family

his wife....

Mormon😐

Men are so great.
