Last night miscreants vandalised 5 Sanatani Temples at Bankra; Howrah. The locals as a mark of protest are bolckading rail lines. I am requesting Shri Praveen Kumar Tripathi (IPS); Commissioner of Howrah City Police and DGP West Bengal Police to arrest the culprits as quickly as possible. Also kindly take steps to restore normalcy in the area and persuade the agitators to continue their rightful protests without blocking public transport. The continuous reluctance of the WB Police in taking action against miscreants who indulge in vandalism of Sanatani Temples have emboldened them to target the Sanatani Community over and over again. Explosion at TMC Leader's house in Lalbagh Murshidabad ! The blast happened a few hours ago while crude bombs were being manufactured at Farid Sheikh's house in the Ramkrishnapally area at Ward No. 8 of the Murshidabad Municipality. This Farid Sheikh seem to be a close associate of the Chairman of Murshidabad Municipality & Town TMC President; Indrajit Dhar. The flag hoisting video is of 1st January 2025. Their proximity is evident. TMC leaders are either themselves involved in Extremism or are harbouring such radicalists who have access to explosives and fire arms. The Murshidabad district is already a safe haven for Bangladeshi terrorists and their handlers. NIA India should investigate the matter. The blast happened a few hours ago while crude bombs were being manufactured at Farid Sheikh's house in the Ramkrishnapally area at Ward No. 8 of the Murshidabad Municipality. This Farid Sheikh seem to be a close associate of the Chairman of Murshidabad Municipality & Town TMC President; Indrajit Dhar. The flag hoisting video is of 1st January 2025. Their proximity is evident. TMC leaders are either themselves involved in Extremism or are harbouring such radicalists who have access to explosives and fire arms. The Murshidabad district is already a safe haven for Bangladeshi terrorists and their handlers. NIA India should investigate the matter. The TMC's temporary structure in the Maidan, illegally occupying public land for nearly a month, violated the Indian Army's clear two-day permission, as mandated by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Despite multiple reminders, your party arrogantly refused to remove it, forcing the Army to step in after intimating the Kolkata Police.
