Start filing lawsuits right now. Don't wait for election results. This is election interference.
I think the RNC has lawsuits filed in every swing state, they've been doing a good job but keeping it under wraps.
Meanwhile SCOTUS won’t hear any state election cases based on lack of jurisdiction. So now the Feds have jurisdiction? Can’t have it both ways.
SCOTUS has to step up this time, they dropped the ball in 2020, with exception of Thomas and Alito.
I was so wrong about him. I was sold a bill of goods that he would be a moderate as AG. He is trying to save his rear by getting Kamala elected.
He was sold that way by Obama when he tried to get Republicans to believe that after being nominated for SCOTUS, obviously a complete lie.
