Messing around with adding PS1 controller support to stuff. It’s awesome for FPGA cores that don’t have SNAC controller options.

Love this. Extra points if these experiments lead to the option to use the PS1 Guncon for lightgun arcade games (and perhaps on other cores as well). Hell, for that matter maybe even NeGcon or JogCon compatibility for more obscure arcade input methods.

Awesome! There is a “DB9 cores” option for Update All that supports the Genesis 6BT controller in all cores. Maybe someone could do the same for PS1/2 controllers. 😁

Does SS1 have daemonbite preinstalled or is this a future revision?If yes, I really hope you figured out how to tell the layman that SNAC is being used for PS1 games and not daemonbite, would suck if the player if forever stuck on it akin to people playing 60hz on 144hz monitors

awesome. taki is being smart about this and positioning the SS1 to be THE retro all in one console. making it more user friendly (in this case, simply making it work as any normal person would expect it to) is a big part of that. good job!
