Metatarsal fracture repair with a hook plate [🎞️ Arthrex]

Nice.

How our body heals a bone fracture

Stay low risk

Hmmm. Why fix it when nature will heal it naturally

So that's what happens

Is this real

Is the method of repairing an ankle fracture with a hook plate modern or not?

The Metatarsal Fracture Repair with a Hook Plate system from Arthrex is designed to provide stable fixation and support for metatarsal fractures. The system includes a low-profile hook plate that is contoured to the shape of the metatarsal bone, allowing for secure fixation without excessive prominence. The plate is designed to be placed on the plantar surface of the metatarsal, reducing the risk of irritation or discomfort for the patient. The system also includes specialized screws and instruments for precise placement and fixation of the hook plate. The screws are designed to provide strong fixation while minimizing the risk of damage to the surrounding soft tissues. Overall, the Metatarsal Fracture Repair with a Hook Plate system from Arthrex is intended to provide a reliable and minimally invasive option for repairing metatarsal fractures, allowing for a faster and more comfortable recovery for the patient.

That's so great.

Can I still play ball with this...
