Methylene blue isn’t as health as you think…

I know some people find it helpful but l'm not convinced it's a long-term solution. The science on methylene blue isn't as straightforward as some make it seem. Treating metabolic dysfunction isn't as simple as taking a synthetic dye, which may disrupt your serotonin and ATP production. (PMID: 17721552, 35777722) I don't want people to abuse this compound and forget the importance of a nutrient-dense diet in supporting healthy hormones and metabolic functions.

𝐀 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐄𝐎 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 ‘𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒐’ Americans of all political affiliation suddenly woke up realize they agree that their healthcare system is inherently cruel and produces unnecessary misery. ★ NEW ARTICLE ⬇️

Seriously degraded your message there with the scare tactics of changing organs blue - it only does that in non living systems (It is used as a postmortem tissue dye) - in living systems it's remarkably easy to pass through the system (Doesn't need to be "detox'd" either, as none of the three phases of detox are required for it) as seen every time one takes a piss.. Though you're also stuck on the idea we need external carbs at all so... I didn't take you seriously to begin with Paul🤷♂️

The blue brain and blue heart is a nice image and gives a talking point but is not accurate. Here’s the thing, the people that got blue brain and blue heart took a shit ton of methylene blue. I’m talking IV amounts thousands more than a few drops. The studies that showed that state the method and it’s very different than taking a couple drops a day. With methylene blue, less is more. 3 drops and you’re good. 6 drops and it’s almost too much. 9 drops is my threshold. Also, the serotonin syndrome is overblown. While, it is important to talk to your doctor again the serotonin syndrome case was with someone who had IV methylene blue 1000x the dosage. Nobody who has supplemented in the few milligram range has experienced any serotonin syndrome. Nobody. Just because it’s a contraindication when you take 1000% of a dose, doesn’t mean it’s a contraindication at the right dose. Take a whole bottle of ibuprofen/Tylenol and you will die. Take 3-10 drops of methylene blue (1.5mg -5mg) and it’s not really a big deal if you take an SSRI. Just monitor it and don’t start out with 10 drops. I understand why it’s overblown, because people wanna cover their ass and don’t want to get sued.

Would love to have your opinion on this @JohnDParody .

Before Using Methylene Blue, You Should 👇 Fix Your Foundation First. 🤝 Are you getting real sunlight daily? 🤝Are you eating nutrient-dense foods (grass-fed meats, ghee, eggs)? 🤝Are you sleeping 7–9 hours consistently? 🤝Are you minimizing seed oils, processed carbs, fake light? If your fundamentals are broken, no supplement will save you.

One doctor says take it, it is harmless and helps with energy production. Another says don't because it doesn't help with energy production and it is harmful. WTF am I supposed to do....

I don’t know what to believe anymore…

There is a lot of conflicting information today and I know that can feel overwhelming. When I think about health, I like to keep things simple. Metabolic health is founded upon a nutrient-dense diet, proper sleep and, light exposure. A synthetic dye with some shady science behind it sounds like a complicated solution to a simple problem.

What about helping with cognitive function and dementia?

Most people are probably feeling more energy due to the fact that methylene blue kills candida through that same method you just described. So if candida was making them feel lethargic and brain fog, they’ll feel better after taking it for a little while and then stopping.

I typically just go by the ol rule of thumb that if it's synthetic, I'm not putting it in my body.

Bro needs to pop a 40, stand in a red light for 20 minutes, and then he will understand

Now who to believe?

Can you debate this with Gary Brecka?

Why do you keep lying about MB? The key is moderation low doses taken a few days a week and most importantly, not taken forever IS a health hack. I don’t understand why you continue to claim the opposite

Oral is high dose and works in high EMF situations (planes, cities, office)! also Methylene blue is a light dependent electron donor to mito which means it really shines when used topically at low dose…! It reflects BLUE light which everyone gets too much off from your skin!

Idk I've been carnivore for 2 years and I noticed a difference in my runs my cardiovascular and my metabolism and brain clarity from methaline blue and no down sides I'm takeing a very low dose tho

Thank you, useful. What do you think about this for Mitochondira? (Among other benefits)

@DrJackKruse @kieralwellness thoughts?

@VanceE ^^

@smilingsally17

light dependant

Everyone’s entitled to their opinion, but you’re going over the edge here. Some thrive on methylene blue, others don’t. Let people research. Fear-mongering like this feels just like COVID. Who’s paying you?

People forget, this is a synthetic drug. Constant use of anything synthetic is not healthy

What made you skeptical about it? I've heard mixed opinions on its efficacy for mitochondrial health and cognitive function.

Some studies show it can lower energy production at the level of the mitochondria (PMID: 35777722)

😦

@RealAlexJones what are your thoughts?

I have SLE (dsDNA) which is very active. I can’t sleep or concentrate well at all, I wonder if I actually am a candidate. I’m pretty desperate to feel the slightest bit as normal as I used to.

After 2 cancers rémissions, and with a low carb diet and very good health education... Is this drug dangerous or usefull at low dose to target mitochondriale health vs cancer ?

Wrong! Too many studies prove otherwise. You will flip on this just like being vegan

Also I don't like how methylene blue inhibits nitric oxide. So many consequences happen when nitric oxide is inhibited!

Not to mention the cheese effect… methylene blue is subpar when compared to other options. 🧀

@VanceE

Wrong again, Dr Paul

It’s amazing that people still listen to you
