Who the hell does this policeman think he is? A uniform is not a licence to act like a king. If a traffic rule was broken, issue a challan. Take legal action. But what gave him the right to casually throw away a poor man’s bicycle? Was the bicycle a threat to his precious luxury car? This is exactly what’s rotten about VIP culture—rules become optional for the powerful, while the poor are treated like they don’t even deserve dignity. Uniform gives you authority, not superiority.
