In that, Jen McCabe conducted the 2:27am search using Safari, not Google. Both are search engines. Dear Jen McCabe and the antis: ✍️Google is a search engine just like Safari and Yahoo are search engines. ✍️Cellebrite that the antis are bragging about is just a mere analyzing tool used for extractions. ADA Adam Lally asks Jen McCabe about when & why she made those Google searches at the scene in the morning. The video footage proves that Jen McCabe’s entire story about #KarenRead purportedly asking her to Google “hos long to die in cold” is a lie because it never happened. Jen claims Karen asked her to make those Google searches while the first responders are moving #JohnOKeefe’s body from the ground to the ambulance, which is interesting because her story starts out with them (her & Karen) seated in the back of a Police cruiser, so it’s unclear how they magically teleported from there to standing outside. As you’ll also see in the attached footage, it’s clear Jen & Karen are outside the entirety of the time leading up to when Jen claims this happened, removing the possibility that they could’ve moved from a cruiser to the outside to account for Jen’s story’s discrepancies. Link - Previously, I reported: I have now found both copies of Karen Read's voicemail (left on John O'Keefe's phone at 6:03AM on 1/29/22) where Karen directs Jen McCabe to Google how long it takes someone to "die in the cold." Find enhanced audio of Voicemail #8 (left by Karen on John's phone) from trial 1 and trial 2, along with enhanced audio of that 911 call (where Karen can clearly be heard, in the background, saying "...to die in cold", exactly as can he heard on the voicemail recordings). This is huge as the recording went under the radar during Read's first trial. Listen below with enhanced and isolated sound, in both real time and 0.75x speed, and hear Karen clearly saying to Jen: "Use your phone [to search] how long for you to die in the cold," as Jen is on the phone with 911 (the recording is from a voicemail from a different phone that caught Karen speaking to Jen) at the scene where John O'Keefe was found, suffering from a head injury and hypothermia, after Read allegedly struck John with her car --while drunk driving with a BAC 2-4 times over the legal limit-- and left him to die on a lawn at 12:32am that morning. So, in short, Jen McCabe --as multiple digital experts, including from Cellebrite, have confirmed-- Googled how long to die in cold at 6:23am and Karen's defense expert, Richard Green (a man with an arrest history for filing a false police report) simply misread a write ahead log in cell phone data from Jen's WallDB that caused years of unnecessary smears directed at McCabe.

Thus, if this conversation ever actually happened, like Jen claims, then it’d all be recorded on dash-cam footage. It’s convenient how Jen’s story about when #KarenRead purportedly asked her to Google such a thing also happened inside a car where nobody else would be able to hear it to corroborate Jen’s story. But again, in this early stage of the investigation, Jen likely was unaware that her entire claim would be debunked by the dash-cams that would’ve captured it as proof. If Lead Investigator Michael Proctor is depraved enough to unlawfully search #KarenRead’s cellphone for nude photographs of her on January 29, 2022, then what’s not to say he wouldn’t delete the Ring cam videos that subsequently went missing, too? Fully cooperative & eager to help in the investigation, Karen Read promptly accessed her cellphone in front of investigators to provide them with the contact info of everyone who was present the night before with her & John. Notably, Karen Read voluntarily turned her cellphone over to investigators, without a search warrant, when she was FIRST able to speak with them. These are the actions of an honest & forthcoming witness. Not a murderer. —————— The Commonwealth tells on itself, revealing just how Proctor accessed her cellphone without a search warrant (below) in its own filings: “The troopers further asked the defendant for contact information relating to the people she had indicated were present at the bars. The defendant obliged, and prior to providing said information, the troopers observed the defendant to enter a numerical passcode into her phone to unlock it, prior to retrieving said data.” —————— If Proctor preyed upon Karen Read’s trust by secretly watching her enter her passcode to unlock her cellphone, and remembering it for later so he could go through her phone, without a search warrant, looking for nude photos & other things unrelated to the investigation, then we already know he’s perfectly willing to unlawfully access things on her cellphone for nefarious purposes. If Karen had the Ring app on her cellphone, what’s not to say Proctor didn’t access it to delete videos? Ask yourself this: If Karen Read were guilty, would she be asking for Ring data & videos that’d incriminate her? If Trooper Proctor didn’t unlawfully access the Ring app from either John or Karen’s phones to delete videos, then why would he contact & ask Ring wanting to know how long until their stored user data & videos are deleted from their servers for LE? Which is exactly what Proctor did on February 10, 2022, just days after arresting Karen Read, when he contacted them in an email from subpoenas@ring.com stating that the Ring videos had been deleted from DropBox after 90 days. If Proctor’s theory was that Karen struck & killed John with her taillight, breaking it into 45 pieces left at the scene, wouldn’t he be immediately filing a search warrant for those Ring videos to show that proof? If Proctor had unlawfully deleted those Ring videos himself though, he’d probably want to know how long until they’d be gone from Ring’s servers—evidence of HIS consciousness of guilt—so he could run out the clock so that they’re unable to be obtained, even when he does ultimately file a search warrant.
