Michael Saylor Says Strategy Has No Fixed Target for Its Bitcoin Holdings On September 28, 2026, Strategy Executive Chairman Michael Saylor Michael Saylor said in a Binance Binance interview that Strategy has no fixed target for its Bitcoin holdings and will continue buying as it raises capital through equity and credit products. He said Strategy remains a net buyer of Bitcoin, although the difficulty of accumulating more will increase exponentially as BTC rises. At the same time, he said the companyโ€™s securities and stock price will grow alongside Bitcoin, creating a complementary dynamic balance between BTC, STRC and MSTR.

MSTR Shareholder Questions Strategy: I Bought $73K MSTR for My Kids. Now Itโ€™s Worth $20K At Strategy's Q2 2026 investor Q&A, livestreamed on Aug. 17, a shareholder said he had invested $73,000 in MSTR for each of his three children, that each investment is now worth only about $20,000, and asked whether the company would consider paying a dividend to common shareholders. CEO Phong Le responded that the company will not pay a common-stock dividend on MSTR, saying it is not the best use of capital. Executive Chairman Michael Saylor said MSTR is essentially an amplified Bitcoin exposure with volatility likely well above Bitcoin itself, and that common-stock investors should have at least a four-year holding horizon โ€” ideally seven to ten years.

STRATEGY IS BECOMING A MASSIVE $BTC DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL Saylor says around 100 million people are getting Bitcoin exposure through Strategyโ€™s $MSTR common stock. That keeps the institutional-demand story alive and makes MSTR one of the clearest BTC proxy trades to watch. ๐ŸŽฅ: MR SHIFT ๐Ÿฆ
