You can either get on a payment plan or you can do an offer in compromise” “Now the payment plan only works if your tax bill is $50,000 or less. The IRS is giving you a 100% write-off for buying Bitcoin miners. Under current tax law, Bitcoin mining hardware qualifies for 100% bonus depreciation. An entire empire was overthrown over a two percent tax on a breakfast beverage. Look at what you tolerate now. You are taxed when you earn it. Taxed when you spend it. Taxed when you save it. Taxed when you invest it. And when you die, they tax whatever is left. That is not a system. That is a harvest. You commute in a car you paid sales tax to buy. You drive it on roads you were already taxed to build. You fill it with gas taxed by the gallon. When you sell that car, the next buyer pays sales tax on it again. The same car. Taxed every time it changes hands. You arrive at a job where your salary is cut before it ever touches your hands. If you work for yourself, you pay both sides. Two people on paper. Neither one keeps what they earned. Then you go home. Every bill you open has a government standing behind it with its hand out. You buy a house with money they already took their share of. Then they charge you property tax on it every year for the rest of your life. You want to renovate your own kitchen. You need a permit. You want to build a deck on your own land. You need a permit. You pay for the property. Then you pay for permission to use it. Stop paying property tax and they seize your home. Not because you missed a mortgage payment. Because you missed a payment to the government for the privilege of keeping what is already yours. You do not own your home. You rent it from the state. If you leave something behind for your children, they are taxed on what you were already taxed to earn. The same wealth. Taxed at every stage of your life. Because as soon as you give the government the right to collect your post-tax assets through a legislative vote, you are basically saying that you no longer have private property — because at any point in the future the government can vote to say I'm going to take your private property — which is different than an income tax. Uniform means that everyone pays the same percentage, the same property tax rate in a county. This asset seizure tax that's being proposed is a demographic tax — meaning that the state or the legislature defines a specific group of individuals (in this case, they're saying anyone with a net worth over a billion dollars) and then they can go and take assets from only that group. That is nonuniform taxation. It means that for the first time we're saying based on the demographics of a person meaning whatever you want to use to define that person (in this case their wealth) — you are going to be treated differently. And that is different than an income tax, because remember when you have graduated income tax rates (and you say high earners get taxed more) — what you're taxing is the earnings, not the individual. You're not looking through to the individual to determine whether or not they're wealthy. All you're doing is looking at the independent earnings amount that's coming in. And so a uniformity clause is supposed to protect people from being demographically discriminated against. And you may roll your hand and be like: ‘Oh, who cares about the billionaires? Eat the rich. That's great.’ But fundamentally, you're giving the government, the legislature, the ability to in the future take any demographic definition they want and go in and take any percentage they want of after-tax property from you. Tax, tax, tax. It’s all Labour know, it’s all Labour do. Now we potentially have 2 more, 1 for sure. There will be a 22% across the board tax on an interest earned from cash in stocks & shares ISA’s. Bear in mind this is money you have invested that you already paid income tax on and put into an ISA because you were told it was tax free. Then there is a strong suggestion that when Burnham comes in he will immediately put up Capital Gains Tax to match income tax. Thus killing any incentive or motivation to invest in or grow your assets. Tax is there for one reason only. To make the country function well and better people’s lives. We have the highest taxes ever now….but look around you. I defy you to find a single solitary piece of your life or this country that those taxes have improved!!! My advice is….find legal ways to pay as little as you possibly can!!

In 1931 Idaho created the income tax and named it the Property Tax Relief Act. You got the tax, but you never got the relief. 95 years later they still tax your home, your paycheck and nearly everything you buy. You are being taxed blind. I want to end property taxes in Idaho for good. We already passed two of the biggest relief bills in state history, and my own Idaho Republican Party put property tax elimination in its platform. Schools and fire stations can be paid for without putting a tax on your home. You should truly own the home and property that you’ve worked for. Comment END IT if you’re with me.
