Peace is non negotiable. And people who don't understand that in your life, need to leave. Do not sacrifice your peace for anything. Because you physically cannot. Your mind and body will literally break down. Hence why, You must take care of yourself. You must take care of your peace. Because if you don't, there's nobody else who will do it for you.

. Michael Saylor explains how STRC is designed as a generational wealth tool - and why the tax structure makes it unlike anything else in fixed income. "When you receive the dividend, you reduce your basis in the investment by the amount of the dividend. So if we pay you $10 in dividends on a $100 share, you reduce your basis to $90, but you pay no tax." "If you give it to your daughter, or you give it to your son in your will, they get a step up in the basis to $100, and they collect another $100 worth of dividends, tax deferred." "Your family might very well collect dividends for 20 years, all tax deferred, which you can reinvest. And you can't do that with a bond. And you can't do that with a normal preferred stock." Strategy

El-Sayed: Mike Rogers said if you do not know your being surveilled or your privacy is being taken away from you, is it really being taken away from you? The answer is yes. Way to speak on behalf of peeping Toms everywhere.

If you come to this country, you adapt to our way of life. We don't change our ways to accommodate you. You left your countries to get away from the garbage way of life in your countries. Don't bring your ways here! This is Canada. Remember that!

.Javier Milei: “When you spend your money on yourself, you do it wisely. When you spend your money on others, you minimize cost. When you spend others' money on yourself, there is waste. The worst is spending others' money on others. That's why the state is never efficient.”

“Look in the mirror and see yourself. Challenge yourself to be the very best and always do the right thing. Never compromise your principles or lower your standards. Tony Robbins explains why two people can live the same moment but experience completely different lives “We don’t experience life, we experience the part of life we focus on. The minute you focus on something, your brain has to decide what it means, and meaning is what creates emotion. And emotion is where your life is. That’s why the quality of your life is the quality of your emotions. If you got $1 billion and every day you’re pissed off and angry, your life’s quality is that” “Then there’s a third decision, which is what you’re going to do. Because if something happens and you say this person is dissing you, you’ll feel angry and make one decision. But if you think they’re coaching you or loving you, you’ll feel different and act differently. Those three decisions, what you focus on, what it means, and what you do, control your life”

You’re on a flight when suddenly the bathroom gets clogged up to the point it is overflowing into the aisle ways. At what point do you stay in your seat or get up to get away from the gathering water/waste?!! Do you ask for some kind of refund for your flight due to your experience?! Should the airline offer some kind of compensation.

Professor Sani Lawan Malumfashi Has this to say to all average Nigerians (sic: those outside the corridor of power where stealing happens): As a Nigerian, you should know that you are on your own. You're your own caretaker. Do not for once think that the govt cares. This simple if you consider that you literally provide everything for yourself: you drill your borehole if you want water. You provide yourself electricity by installing solsr systems or generators. If you want good health care, you go to private hospital and pay. If you want good education for your wards, you take them to private schools as well. Yet, you pay taxes. You literally benefit nothing from the govt. Instead, it is the govt that benefits from you. We fund the govt and the officials with our taxes. Therefore, under this hardship of life, as a Nigerian, this is what I suggest you do: 1. Be your own caretaker. 2. Anything that's not a necessity in life, let it slide. The time for excessive spending & enjoyment has been snatched away. This is a time of survival. If you are a fleet of cars, reduce them to one. The number of air conditioners in your house, reduce them or put them off, on your fan. Shawarma, chocolates, ice creams the kids consume, reduce them. Tap the kids on their shoulders. Tell them the reality of today. English breakfast might not be affordable anymore, return to the traditional ones you can afford. If you have beef for protein in your meal fine, if not, add some beans into the soup. It is another source of protein. (Sic: because egg isn't for average civil servants now). 3. Your health is the most important thing you have. Try as much as you can to avoid going to the hospital. Work hard for your health and pray for good health. The hospitals are in terrible state. You might go with headache and return home with an infection or bigger sickness. As a Nigerian, you're your president. You are your teacher. You are your governor. You're your local govt chairman. You're your security. You're all on your own. Forget anything and focus on your well-being. Own your own life. Again, avoid anything that will put you at loggerheads with the govt. Because if you do, the moment the power decides to kidnap you (arrest you); remember your family depend on you to feed. When you're away, you're only putting them in a more serious situation. Anyone who is stepping out of their homes should do so prepared. Prepare for the unimaginable. Anything can happen to you. Rely more on God. Present to Him your problems. (Sic: report every wicked leader to God. Only Him can deal with the situation).

Sisters when you go on a date with a man for the first time, do not take your girlfriends and expect the man to pay for it. It is disrespectful.. You cannot force a man to pay for your girlfriend’s meal on the first date.. thankful I’m not in the market, but I would’ve walked out if it was me. and I tell the females in my family don’t do it.

Marriage is not just another stage of life—it is a commitment that can change your future and the legacy of generations to come. When you choose to hurt your spouse or be unfaithful, it shows that you do not fully understand the responsibility you have taken on. The choices you make today can destroy not only your own life but also your family and the generations that come after you. Protect your marriage. Stay faithful. Build a legacy, not regrets.

THE QUALITY OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD! ✍️ Anything God cannot give you, you do not need. Don’t look for any result outside of God. Beloved, the quality of your relationship with God determines the quality of your walk, your results, and ultimately your distinction. When God becomes your source, you will not have to compromise your values to obtain what He alone can give. There is wisdom in keeping God at the centre of your pursuit. He knows what you need, when you need it, and how to bring it to you. For He gives His beloved rest. What a powerful message and an eye-opener! — WISDOM FOR THE BLESSING. 🔥

Senator Josh Hawley calls for all American Healthcare to become a tax write off “If you pay premiums, you ought to be able to deduct that from your taxes. If you have out-of-pocket medical expenses, you ought to be able to deduct every dollar off of your taxes” “Why shouldn’t we make healthcare tax-free in this country? Why shouldn’t we just exempt all healthcare from taxes? We did no taxes on tips, no taxes on overtime earlier this year. How about no taxes on healthcare? If you pay premiums, you ought to be able to deduct that from your taxes. If you have out-of-pocket medical expenses, you ought to be able to deduct every dollar off of your taxes. You wanna lower the cost of healthcare immediately? Do that. No taxes on healthcare for any American’— Let’s think about working people in this country who cannot afford healthcare. What if we said to them today, “We’re not going to tax your healthcare costs?””

Not sure if this is real or staged but it is important to NEVER get out of your vehicle if you notice something like this and always lock your car doors the moment you get inside, if they don't do it automatically.
