Economist Viktor Efimov says Russia needs to stop obsessing over criticising the West and start defining its own project. “Victory is not victory in war, but victory over wars,” he says, insisting that this requires a deeply developed “ecosystem of creation.” His point is that each civilisation should live according to its own model, rather than trying to force everyone into one ideological column. "There's no need to line everyone up in one column: capitalist, communist, or whatever else,” Efimov says. “Let everyone live as they think necessary. He also backtracks his positive stance on a Ta-Nehisi Quotes x account because they said Hasan does less research, prompting the rant.
