@RMTunion About time the railways were made to live within their means. I think the British public are getting fed up with subsidizing a business that seems to be permanently on strike.

@RMTunion In January the rail minister Huw Merriman admitted the govt had spent more money (up to that point) fighting railway workers than it would have cost to settle the dispute.

@RMTunion Unfortunately mr gobshite is running the railways into the ground! Only interested in attacking Govt, bald headed turd! 9% on offer and REFUSING to put it to members!! Speaks volumes! Businesses folding due to cancellations due to this greed!! Targeting public on bank holiday!

@RMTunion In the ballot in May on whether to continue strike action 71% of those balloted took part in the vote, 89% voted in favour, and 14 out of 15 companies voted for strike action. I think the views of RMT members are very clear.
