@AlexCKaufman @RitaB66 @RadiantNuclear 48-hour deployment requires pre-certification. ASN makes this impossible in France. FANR's licensing for Barakah showed what streamlined nuclear regulation delivers. Which jurisdictions will act first on microreactors?

@AlexCKaufman @RitaB66 @RadiantNuclear The CMEC-96 could be.... there and not affected at all. Heck it even has plans to be rolled out in shipping containers for this but the biggest i must say would be its non-nuclear and fossil fuel free. Oh and can be scaled to fit the needs of an area.

A major gas field in the UK could supply over 10% of the UK's energy, but that gas isn't destined for the grid. The plan instead is to extract it on site, burn it in a local power plant, and use that electricity to mine bitcoin. The energy will be consumed at the source, because that route is simpler and more profitable. Taxes, regulation and grid constraints all add friction. The gas could power homes. It isn't. Because burning it on site makes more money. That is a damning indictment of UK energy policy.

It extrapolates the cost of Hinkley C (the most expensive nuclear power plant ever) and literally doubles it. Even the CSIRO assumes lower nuclear capital costs for Australia. 2/ '4% of the grid' This figure is also from the 'Smart' Energy Council from dividing 11GW of nuclear capacity by 300GW of renewable capacity. However, Capacity ≠ Generation. 1GW of renewable capacity generates roughly a third of the power of 1GW of nuclear capacity. 3/ 'Not ready til the 2040s' The IAEA predicts it would take 10-15 years for a new to nuclear country to have nuclear power. The is the advice the Australian Government relies on for nuclear yet is being ignored by the PM & Energy Minister. These claims must be exposed. The nuclear disinformation campaign has gone too far. That is why I’m looking at nuclear energy and uranium. The U.S. consumes roughly 50 million pounds of uranium a year and produces only about one million. If nuclear becomes a bigger part of the energy solution, demand for uranium could become enormous.

Trawsfynydd Nuclear Power Station. Hands down nuclear power is the safest and most abundant source of energy mankind has ever discovered. It is clean, can be reusable (breeder reactors), and has a body count far far less than all other energy production methods. It is the epitome of green. Which is why they dont want you to have it and deliberately conflate nuclear power with nuclear weapons. Meanwhile all the major tech companies are planning to build small modular nuclear power stations for their data centres whilst pushing the green agenda.
