The post actually said that the goal was to eliminate all C/C++ code from Microsoft by 2030. This goes well beyond just Windows. For anyone who knows anything about software development, it is a clear sign of Microsoft losing its marbles.

1) Only gullible idiots believe they're NOT doing this. Historical likelyhood points to yes they are. 2) Flipping js is the operating system?! The OS (and company) has a self-inflicted mortal wound at this point.

I'm probably months away from dropping Windows entirely for Nobara or CachyOS @Microsoft. It starts with the tech enthusiasts, and then the normies follow. You need to pivot back to the desktop and away from the cloud quickly or lose the desktop.
