This is probably the biggest news yet in software going headless, and will bring knowledge work agents to the masses. The new ChatGPT agents have access to any of the tools and data you want to work with, with complete coding and tool use available to them. Here's an example of a custom sales assistant agent uses Box as a knowledge source for accessing enterprise content securely to answer questions and generate new content on the fly. The workflows can obviously vastly far more complex as the agent can use any of the tools within Box available via MCP and CLI. This precisely what agents will start to look like for knowledge work. You'll be able to spin them up in the foreground or background to help augment work. Big opportunity right now for headless platforms, and for all the new builders and designers of these agents in the enterprise.

A prompt specifying what you want to do on the site Mino is a neat platform that uses browser automation and AI-powered navigation to understand your prompt, open the website, and extract the information you want. This opens the doors to unlimited potential automations you could build using data from everyday websites that don't give you an API. Mino uses AI to go way further than you could get by using a regular web scraping tool: • It can handle dynamic JavaScript content • It can handle login walls • It can navigate through interactive booking flows • It adapts to different interfaces and layout changes • It can fill out forms automatically • It supports stealth browser mode In my experience, running Mino on relatively straightforward sites takes about 30-60 seconds to complete. They bottle it up and hide it from friends, family, managers, teammates because they're ashamed. It gets to a point where I need to specify that we can work together under NDAs so they can save face and be sure that nobody will find out they asked for help. We cannot continue working like this. Esports has been chewing up and spitting out these people for decades now. And I believe this shit needs to stop. Whether you've got the funds to seek help or not, I got you. One major downside of working with agents in a terminal it's the opposite of async and when doing tons of tasks it gets super tiring. I build an inbox for my agents so we can do full async work. The agent has access to it via MCP and has a bunch of functions: Agents get 2 inbox tools: 🔘 list_inbox to read messages, 🔘 reply_to_inbox to answer. Inboxes are synced to a session, so all replies instantly get added to the agents context. Agents can update me about finished tasks with it, or; when an agent hits a blocker it sends an input request → I reply → it wakes up and keeps working

It can even help you build campaigns faster. But faster does not always mean better. AI still needs someone to tell it what matters.
