@Windows The file-level policies are the interesting part here. Agents need clear boundaries around what they can read and where they can write.

@Windows staging is point-in-time: the agent reads staged bytes while the box source keeps moving. without a hash at stage-in and a re-check at return, the result diff is fiction.
