❗️❗️🇺🇦🇷🇺According to The Telegraph, Ukraine has increased the strike range of its domestically produced FPV kamikaze drones from 50 km to 150 km. 🔷 Ukrainian forces are using these drones to destroy Russian logistics hubs and military equipment. They are also supported by “Baba-Yaga” bomber drones, which play a significant role on the battlefield by effectively targeting Russian air defense and electronic warfare systems several dozen kilometers behind the front line.

CIWS systems can do very little against them Drone swarms represent such a serious threat to warships that there are very few effective defense options once they are launched. For example, a modern Phalanx CIWS in its latest block carries about 1,500 rounds. A short burst against incoming drones typically consumes 150–200 rounds. This means each CIWS has enough ammunition for roughly 6–8 drones, if everything goes perfectly and no additional bursts are needed. There is no time to reload a second time before the drones begin hitting the ship. We are facing swarms of 100–200 drones or even more, equipped with tandem warheads and highly advanced evasive maneuvering capabilities in Ukraine. This is why the key lies in preventing the fleet from being located in the first place, through the use of drone patrols, drone EW, and even building smaller aircraft carriers dedicated specifically to this purpose.

Trump has denied statements from the Pentagon and Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky stating that the United States had requested and been granted direct assistance from Ukraine in order to help counter the threat posed by Iranian one-way attack drones across the Middle East. Kilmeade: “Are they [Ukraine] helping us with drone defense too?” Trump: “No, we don't need their help with drone defense. We know more about drones than anybody. We have the best drones in the world, actually.”

Rotana (Arjaan) Hotel in Erbil and the adjacent Sky Towers residential building appear to have been targeted by a one-way drone, likely launched by Iraqi pro-Iran factions. Eyewitnesses say the drone struck one of the hotel’s rooms. No casualties were reported. Residents in the area say many Americans have recently moved into Sky Towers. That raises serious questions about why they are relocating to such a residential area, where it is difficult to maintain a low profile, information spreads quickly, and local residents are put at risk.
