It's a very complicated riff to play with the Bass Guitar. In the original recording of the album it lasts about 7 minutes, Oldfield did it in one take and ended up with bleeding fingers. Mike Oldfield has been one of the great unknown bassist.

This album scared me like crazy after I saw the movie. Cannot disassociate them to this day. The power of music.
