@TriciaOhio I am really glad you're talking about this, Vivek. I'd love to come to the speech. 9 years ago my father Bruce was one of those suicides. He was *himself* a VA employee helping others who were physically much worse off access benefits. It's an outrage.

Update from Universal Ostrich Farms... Tomorrow is November 11th, Remembrance Day. I have been on mission here with my brother Sgt. Mike Rude (retired) for over a month. Mike made an incredibly difficult decision to postpone our planned Remembrance Day obligations to stay here and capture the carnage. I had trouble making that decision, I can only imagine how difficult it was for Mike. Tomorrow, we will spend some time with Mike and show the incredible interview that Jon Villeneuve just released. On this Vietnam Veterans’ Day, may we grasp the historical context and reasons why Australia sent forces to Vietnam. For when we do, we do three things: We shine a light on the ignorance of today’s protesters. We remember the meaning behind the suffering and sacrifice of Australians who served in Vietnam. And we express our profound national gratitude to those Vietnam Veterans who are still with us for all they did for our country and in defence of our region. Lest we forget.

I want to thank President Trump for his leadership on this issue and for recognizing the urgency of investing in groundbreaking research that will save lives. Innovative therapies have shown life-changing results in treating combat-related mental health injuries, especially where conventional treatments, like opioids, have fallen short. If there’s a chance to give our veterans their lives back, we have a responsibility to explore it. For too long, outdated stigmas and bureaucratic hurdles have slowed progress in this space. This executive order signals a shift toward prioritizing results, evidence, and above all, the well-being of those who have sacrificed for our country. It is critical we give the men and women who have served this country every opportunity to recover and overcome these challenges. I can personally attest to the significant benefits of this treatment. It changed my life, and I look forward to seeing the impact it will have on countless others. We’re losing too many veterans.
