It does not anymore. And they refuse to give that up because they love being the people who are the social justice warriors. I understand where this is coming from, but ultimately, you do not want to tell artists how to make art. “This is what they did in the Soviet Union. This is what they did in communist countries. The last place you want people making a lot of rules about how you can make your art, who you can hire to do your art — that is not what art is about. And no artist, no matter how liberal, is going to like that.”

I want to be the best at what I do. Perrie admits she’s “frustrated” by how Jesy Nelson has portrayed the breakdown of her relationship with Little Mix, adding that she feels the group consistently tried supporting Jesy at the cost of their own mental health, and that accountability should be taken on all sides: “Sometimes you just won’t win with people. And what annoys me the most… I have to be careful how I say this because I don’t want to seem like a bitch… But what upsets me the most when situations like this happen is when the other person doesn’t take any accountability. That boils my blood. I’m not blaming everything on you [Jesy]. I’m not saying, ‘She’s this fucking monster and everything was her fault’ and blah blah blah. But take some accountability for your actions and realise you were difficult. You did have difficult moments. Granted, there were reasons for those moments... but you can only pick somebody up so many fucking times before you start losing track of your own sanity. You want to be there for that person, but if they can’t accept the help and they can’t accept the love you’re trying to show, how do you win? You can’t. I hate that. I don’t like putting the blame on people. Don’t put the blame on me and make me out to be something that I’m not. Yes, I’m not perfect. I might not have been there enough, or I could have done better I suppose… but I thought what I was doing was enough. I thought I’d tried everything. So to then sit there in further interviews and discuss it publicly and be like, ‘I wasn’t supported’… You were, though. You were. So just take some accountability and I’ll feel better about it. I’d say [I’m] more frustrated than angry, because I don’t like being painted into a person that I’m not. Because I’m an open book, I have to be real. It exhausts me when I see people that I know inside and out not being genuine. It frustrates me.”

The most powerful thing you can do is simply put a camera on yourself doing what you already love and be authentic. Tim Sherry are exactly that. They dance. They love music. They have fun together. And all they did was put a camera on something they do anyway. They have now built a community that embraces them, they’re meeting incredible people, having a great social life, living their best lives, and will now take show on the road with Eddie 'F' Ferrell Hanging out with them was one of the most memorable times I’ve had. So whether you’re 18 or 80, ask yourself: What do you already love doing that you could simply put a camera on? You will be surprised how many people love the same things you do and want to be part of your community. So if you know someone that has a passion and doesn’t know where to start Don’t overthink it. Asked Jayson Tatum if — given how everything panned out — he still felt certain that he made the right decision to return this season after so much back and forth: “100%. I'm very happy that I came back to be a part of this team, got back to doing what I love, to help give us a chance to compete for a championship, to prove to myself that I can get back to being the guy who I was, and hopefully better. And just to kind of defy what this injury means — not necessarily from a standpoint of, ‘I'm great look at what I was able to accomplish,‘ but to give other guys hope. Obviously I don't want anybody to have to go through tearing their Achilles, but in the unfortunate event that it does happen, that I can be sort of inspirational — if you attack rehab a certain way if you follow these guidelines, or do it a certain way, that it's not like a career-ending injury, that you can come back, that you can be yourself, that you can be better, that it won't take 18 months, that you can come back, whenever is right for you. So I'm happy and proud of the fact that I was able to do that, and unfortunately, if somebody else has to deal with this, they can look at what I was able to do and and have some hope and inspiration that it's not what people used to think it was. And, you can come back from this, and be who you were and hopefully be better.“

Obviously I don't want anybody to have to go through tearing their Achilles, but in the unfortunate event that it does happen, that I can be sort of inspirational — if you attack rehab a certain way if you follow these guidelines, or do it a certain way, that it's not like a career-ending injury, that you can come back, that you can be yourself, that you can be better, that it won't take 18 months, that you can come back, whenever is right for you. So I'm happy and proud of the fact that I was able to do that, and unfortunately, if somebody else has to deal with this, they can look at what I was able to do and and have some hope and inspiration that it's not what people used to think it was. And, you can come back from this, and be who you were and hopefully be better.“

rosé: I’m not joking but there were so many people online who would tell me what to do with the way i put my makeup on the way I was dressed in stage they would like harass my hair and makeup team online. those people are people i love and that work with me and that’s part of my team and those are my best friends too. but I’ve felt the ache where when people on online I feel like they know what they’re doing they’re really mean to them and that like affects me and they be like do this to your hair, do that to your hair, why are you not doing this and that.
